2 Quick Application 3 easy steps for approving credit 1. Enter part of the client s Legal Name, or Operating Name and Location Details then press the Search button 2. After selecting your client s name from the List Of Similars, Select the Program in the drop down menu and then Tab through the remaining fields to update the lease details 3. 3 Login - Status - Quick Application Login 1. Click on Link to enter XFSC application system: 2. Enter (User Name) and (Password Password) click "Login Login you will refresh to Status Page Password can be modified by clicking on "My Items" on the tool bar (upper right) Track the Status of your Credit request 24 hours a day View transactional status Sort by column headers or search using "Filter Filter" options (upper left) Match your Customer to our Business Report data-base 1: Click on "Quick App" (upper right) Just enter (Leg Legal Name), (Province Province), (City City) and (Address Address); click "Search Search" for a listing of business reports - Click "se select lect" next to your customer use Address and Phone to confirm - If NO MATCH click "Extended Search" - Still NO MATCH click "No Match" add applicant info click "Save Applicant" All of these options will take you to the "Quick App" page Enter "Quick App" with minimal information 1. Confirm or Select "Company Type" - then continue onto lower screen Always select "Corporation" 2. Page down to "Transaction Info" section and select "Prog Program ram" type (right) and allow for refresh 3. Enter "Equipment Cost", and drop-box select (or tab t through) remaining items 5. 4 Additional Information Requested "Additional Information Required Notification" - From "Status" page 1. Find your transaction (use Filter if needed) and click on "Additional Information Required" 2. In left column, click "Notes Notes" window will open with record of account notes 3. Click on appropriate "Note ID" for message (this will be the Edit Note window) From the Edit Note window 1. If only a written comment is required a. Select "Add Add" at bottom new window will open b. Select "Comment Type" c. Enter Subject and Note d. Click on "Save and Close" e. Resubmit Application per below 2. If document(s) are requested a. In left column, click on "Document Upload" b. Use the "General Attachments" section; click "Attachment Upload" c. Browse and attach documents as you would with d. Add brief description in subject line e. Page down and click "Upload Upload"; use multiple uploads if data exceeds maximum of 4mb f. Resubmit Application per below Resubmit Application 1. Click on Resubmit Resubmit (left column) 2. Change status (lower left drop box) to Resubmit with Additional Information 3. Click on Save/Leave Save/Leave (upper middle) You will receive a Status Update after credit reviews your note and or uploaded data Page 2
5 Documentation and Funding Documenting a Transaction- (Lease Contract Paperwork) 1. Determine the Lease Program FMV or $1 END and open the editable PDF version of the XFS Lease Documents. Available online: 2. Find your transaction and reference the Transaction # along with your Canadian Reseller Name on the lease. Complete the editable fields making sure to use the customer s full legal name and to include the correct billing address, contact name & phone number. 3. Print or the completed Lease Contract for your client to sign and date. 4. D&A: Please note that Delivery and Acceptance forms are required on all transactions to be signed by the client upon delivery of their new solution. *The Lease Contract number will be auto-generated & assigned once the transaction has been booked. Booking/Funding a Transaction 1. Save the signed lease paperwork to your PC (we do not require the original paperwork, but the digital copy needs to be legible). 2. Click on the Transaction # of your deal. 3. In the Left Pane Window, click Document Upload under Transaction Options. 4. Click Article Upload button. 5. Browse and locate your saved copy of the signed lease and attach the file(s). 6. Scroll down to the bottom of the Upload Article page and press the Upload button. *The confirmation for each successful file upload will appear in green near the top of the page. File sizes cannot exceed 4MB per file 1. Click on transaction s status; "Auto Approved" or "Conditional Approval" 2. In Left Pane Window click "Documents and Auditing" under XFS Lease Admin Wizard. 3. Change Status tatus drop-box (center) to Ready For Audit 4. Click Update Status button (just below) 5. Click Status Page (upper right) - confirm that transaction s status reads Ready For Audit You will receive an notification if any additional information is required for funding Page 3
