2 TF ONLINE SET SELECTION: STEP Y STEP Thank you for your support of the Coliseum Renovation Project and the Trojan thletic Fund (TF). The information contained within this document pertains to our online seat selection process for the 2019 season in the renovated Coliseum. INTRODUCTION FTER YOUR SET SELECTION ll TF members who commit to and sign their Coliseum Restoration Gift agreements will have the opportunity to participate in the online seat selection process. This process allows each member to select their 2019 seats based on personal preferences. Once you have made your selection and completed the confirmation process, you will not be able to change your seat location or login to the seat selection website. You will receive an confirming your 2019 seats in the days following your selection. Each TF member will be assigned a personal appointment time to select their seats online. ppointment times are assigned based on lifetime giving to USC athletics; all TF members will have a personal and unique appointment time to select their 2019 seats. PRIOR TO YOUR PPOINTMENT TIME WESITE COMPTIILITY Online seat selection is not compatible with smart phones. You must use a desktop, laptop or ipad. We suggest using Google Chrome or Safari for your internet browser as these work best; however, Internet Explorer and Firefox are compatible as well. Two weeks prior to seat selection, you will receive a letter in the mail and an indicating your designated appointment time. VILLE SETING You may login to the seat selection website two weeks prior to the beginning of your groups seat selection start date. Login using your account # and the password you previously created. If you have forgotten your password, please use the Forgot Password option and follow the instructions to reset. We recommend you login prior to your appointment time to ensure you have the correct password and to familiarize yourself with the seat selection website. UPGRDING YOUR MEMERSHIP You may continue to login leading up to your appointment time. While you will not be able to select seats until your appointment time, you may view available seating options. DURING YOUR PPOINTMENT TIME You are selecting your 2019 seats during this process. Your appointment time is a result of the priority you have earned due to your lifetime giving to USC thletics. Therefore, the best time to select your seats is during your designated appointment time. Please understand, other members in your TF group will have appointment times in close proximity to yours with the opportunity to view and select seats. Only seats within your current TF membership level will be available to view and select. You may only select the number of seats you committed to as indicated on your Coliseum Restoration Gift greement. If you are considering upgrading your TF membership, we still encourage you to select seats within your current TF membership level during your appointment time. You may contact us after your selection to discuss upgrading your membership. NOTIFICTIONS You will receive a sequence of reminders leading up to your appointment time. reminders will be sent one week prior, two days prior and the day of your seat selection. QUESTIONS Please refer to Pages -8 for FQs and troubleshooting. Should you have additional questions, please contact your assigned TF staff member prior to your seat selection appointment time. The new seating configuration will feature three levels of seating: 100, 200 and 300. We will no longer feature a H (high) or L (low) seating distinction. 4 ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS 1 LOGIN Visit the website by clicking the link sent to you via . You may also access the site through your MY CCOUNT page. Use your or account # (your ticket account #, not your donor ID) and the personal password you previously created. 5 ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS 3 REVIEW CCOUNT You will find your account information located on the left side of the page. This includes your name, account number, and your specific date and time for seat selection. countdown clock will appear indicating the amount of time until your designated appointment time. WTCH TUTORIL VIDEO We encourage you to view the five-minute tutorial video as this will allow you to familiarize yourself with the seat selection steps. The video provides a series of detailed instructions and images to acclimate yourself to the seat selection website and process. TF ONLINE SET SELECTION GUIDE 5

6 ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS 5 NVIGTING THE SET SELECTION WESITE The menu bar at the top of the seat selection website will allow you to navigate through the seat selection process. lso, you may click 2019 Map to view the 2019 TF seating map and key. 6 VIEW SETS WITHIN YOUR TF MEMERSHIP LEVEL To view seats click on the Select tab within the menu bar as referenced in Step 5. You are now looking at an overhead view of the 2019 Coliseum, color coded by availability for your membership level. The key in the top right corner explains the coloring. Green areas have at least one string of consecutive seats. Yellow areas have only single seats available. Red areas indicate unavailable seats. When you scroll over a section, detailed information will appear in the floating description box. This includes the section number, row breaks, and any special notations. Click on the section you would like to select a seat in. vailable seats are shown with green dots. Please note, only sections pertaining to your TF membership level will be viewable. For example, Cardinal & Gold / Women of Troy members will only see seats within Cardinal & Gold / Women of Troy sections. TF ONLINE SET SELECTION GUIDE 6

7 ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS 7 SHOW VIEW FROM SETS To show a 3D view from the general vicinity of a particular seat click the Click for Seat View icon. n image will appear indicating the approximate view from that particular seat. You may scroll around the Coliseum for a 360 view. To return to viewing seats, click the ack to Section tab in the top right corner. 8 SELECTING SETS Select a seat and add it to your Shopping Cart by clicking on the green seat dot. The seat will now appear as blue on the seating map. You may remove a seat by clicking the red X next to the seat in your shopping cart. Once you have selected your seats, you may move onto the next step by clicking the Submit Selection option under your shopping cart. TF ONLINE SET SELECTION GUIDE 7

8 ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS 9 REVIEW & CONFIRM SET SELECTION Review the seats you have selected. If you would like to move forward with these seats, click the pprove Selection option at the bottom of the screen. To return back to the seat selection map, click the ack to Seat Select option. Once you ve approved the selection, you will be asked to confirm your seat selections. To confirm your seats, click the Confirm Seats option. If you do not confirm and wish to return to the review selection page, click the Return to Review option. Upon confirming your seat selections, you will be asked a final time if you would like to continue with your selection. Click Yes if you would like to complete this process and No if you are not completely sure. Once you confirm your seat selection, you will be unable to go back through the selection process. fter clicking yes, a seat selection confirmation page will appear where you may print your seat selection. 9 FREQUENTLY SKED QUESTIONS What if I want to change the number of seats on my Coliseum Restoration Gift greement? When logging in, you will only be able to select the number of seats you committed to as indicated on your Coliseum Restoration Gift greement. Therefore, if you wish to change the number of seats, please call your assigned TF staff member as soon as possible. I require D seating, how can I select D seats? D seats must be selected directly through a TF staff member. Please call your assigned TF staff member directly or dial to reach the main TF phone life. What if I have a conflict during my seat selection appointment time? Your appointment time is the earliest date and time that you may select your 2019 seats; if you do not select seats at your designated time, you will have until the last day of your group s seat selection at 5:00 PM PT to select your seats. Therefore, if you have a conflict during the appointment time you were assigned, you can log in later that day to select your seats. If you wish to utilize your highest priority and select seats during your appointment time, we suggest you ask an entrusted family member or friend to login on your behalf and select seats. Can I use my smartphone or tablet? No, you must use a desktop, laptop or ipad. Which Internet rowsers are best for online seat selection? We suggest using Google Chrome or Safari as these work best; however, Internet Explorer and Firefox are compatible as well. Can I see available seating before my selection? Yes, you may login once you receive the initial with your designated appointment time. While you will not be able to select seats until your appointment time, you may view available seating options. What if I experience technical difficulties logging into the website? Most technical difficulties can be resolved by enabling cookies and/or clearing your cache. To do so, click Clear rowsing Data in the setting options of your internet browser. Please click here for step-by-step instructions specific to each internet browser. If the technical difficulties persist, please call your assigned TF staff member for assistance. What if I am interested in upgrading my membership? If you are interested in upgrading your membership, we still encourage you to select seats during your appointment time.
