4 1 Requesting System Access Note: You only need to complete the directions in this section if you do NOT have an account for accessing DECKPLATE. 1. From your desktop, double-click the Internet Explorer Icon to open your browser. 2. When your browser opens, type the URL shown in the address line of this illustration ( and press Enter. 3. The Select a Certificate Box shown in this illustration opens if you do not already have an active session. If it opens, select your identification certificate from the list shown, and click OK. 4. When the DoD Warning Banner opens, click OK. 1

5 5. Click Registration to open the On-Line Registration Form. The Important Information statement displays. 6. Read and Click OK, Proceed to Registration 2 On-Line Registration Form Note: Military and Government personnel must complete this form and the User Agreement Form. Contractor personnel must complete this form, the User Agreement Form, and the COR Form. The NAVAIR Logistics User Registration (NLUR) Home Page opens. All fields will be empty. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*). Fill in and Click Update Clicking Cancel clears the field entries if you need to begin again. 2

6 3 User Agreement Form 1. Clicking Next on the On-Line Registration Form opens the DECKPLATE User Agreement Form Instructions. Contractor, Military, and Government personnel must have an active DECKPLATE User Agreement Form on file. All users must renew the form annually. 2. You need to Download the User Agreement Form, fill out the form and digitally sign. Submit the completed form per instructions on the form, if you have not previously submitted one. Contractors must submit this form annually. Note: The DECKPLATE Access Request Form Information Systems Security (INFOSEC) Awareness Agreement is shown. Note: You will not receive system access if all forms are not completed and/or up-to-date. 3

7 4 COR Form 1. Clicking Next on the DECKPLATE User Agreement Form opens the User COR Form Instructions. Contractor personnel must have a COR Form on file. DECKPLATE will not grant access unless all forms are completed and received. 2. You need to Download the User COR Form, fill it out and digitally sign it. Submit the completed form per instructions on the form, if you haven't previously submitted one. It must be submitted annually to keep your system access current. The Contracting Officer s Representative Form (COR FORM) is shown. Note: Your COR will check to see that you have completed the DECKPLATE User Agreement Form before processing this form. 4

8 5 Select Applications 1. Clicking Next on the COR Form opens the applications selection area shown in this illustration. 2. Select the application(s) that you need to access (see Note: "Understanding Your Options" on this page for help). After making your selections, click Update. Note: Understanding Your Options "Limited Access" options are systems for which you must have a specific need to use (for example, users requiring a TD Manager or Kit Manager role). "General Access" options are systems for which you need only to pass user validation to use (for example, users requiring access to DECKPLATE reports). * Kit Managers normally select the DECKPLATE TD/Kit Mgmt option and the DECKPLATE option. * TD Managers normally select the DECKPLATE TD/Kit Mgmt option and the DECKPLATE option. * Fleet (Normal) Users (requiring access to standard Technical Directive or Kit reports) normally select only the DECKPLATE option. 5

9 This illustration shows we are requesting access to DECKPLATE TD/Kit Mgmt and to DECKPLATE. After Update, click Done. Your registration will be confirmed. 6
