3 Overview This guide is designed to assist you with navigating the Journey to Excellence (JTE) website. Program rules and information are located in the Journey to Excellence Reference Guide also included within the website. The JTE website is mobile ready! The website has been designed to be accessed on your mobile devices like tablets and smart phones as well as your computer. Log In Information To log in, you must have a valid JLR T&D ID#. Your nine digit JLR T&D ID# comes from Jaguar Land Rover Training and Development (JLR T&D). If you do not know your ID #, please speak to your manager who can obtain the number for you. If you are new to JLR T&D, you should have received an with a password for logging in to the site. If you had a password in the previous Journey to Excellence website, it is the same here in the new website. November 2016 Page 3

4 If you have forgotten your password, Click the "Forgot Password?" link to get a new password ed to you. If you do not receive the , please ensure that your address is correct in JLR T&D. If you need to update it, the change should be processed within one business day. If you are still having trouble logging in, please contact the Journey to Excellence at journey@jaguarlandrover.com. 6 MY JOURNEY: Navigation Options Navigation for the site is reached using the Menu drop down at the top left side of the page under the brand logo(s). If you are dual branded, you will see both logos at the top of the page and be able to toggle back and forth. Dual branded, Staff view Dual branded, Manager view November 2016 Page 6

7 Navigation Overview MY SCORECARD My Scorecard is the default homepage and shows the current month s scorecard data. Prerequisites Prerequisites are always collapsed. To expand to see them, click the arrows as shown: Once expanded, all prerequisites for your position will display with your status: Exporting to PDF You can export your scorecard by clicking Export to PDF in the top right corner. This will provide a simple, 1-page report. REWARDS The Rewards page will show the rewards and recognition level you have achieved. November 2016 Page 7

8 PROGRAM RULES Program Rules is where the Journey to Excellence reference guide is located. The reference guide is the source for the rules and information about the Journey to Excellence Program. CHANGE PASSWORD Change Password is where you can update your password at any time. Your password must be at least 6 characters and must contain a letter and a number. LOGOUT If you share a terminal you should LOGOUT at the end of your session. November 2016 Page 8

9 Manager Navigation Managers have additional navigation options available to them. RETAILER ROSTER VIEW Retailer Roster View enables the retailer managers to view the entire retailer roster scorecard standings. Reports can be downloaded in excel for the entire dealership, a department or the scorecard of the individual viewed. November 2016 Page 9

10 To print an excel report of the entire dealership, click the excel icon located in the upper right of the page. Note: this may take a long time to run depending upon the number of dealership employees. This detailed report will list all employees by department in separate tabs within excel and provides all the current data available for download. To print any department scorecard, click the excel icon to the right of the department header. Names of eligible managers and staff are hotlinks to individual scorecard pages. Click on the name to view that employee s individual scorecard page. Overall rank within the title and SVG is next to each person s name or NR for Not Ranked. To view an individual dealership employee s scorecard, click on the name listed under each department. This will bring up the employee s scorecard page. If the name is gray, they do not have an individual scorecard to report. NOTE: Warranty Administrators and Support Personnel do not have individual scorecards. July 2015 Page 10
