1 ACO Dashboard Navigation Guide
2 1. Banner: The banner located at the top of the window is always visible and identifies which dashboard you are currently viewing. It is also where users will Log out of the Dashboard To Log out: Click on the drop down arrow next to your user name Select Logout 2. Dashboard: A Dashboard is where data is arranged on a single page to provide real time analysis. The dashboard contains one or more widgets that allow the user to interact within pre-built views of the data. 3.Widgets: Widgets are interactive windows that make up the dashbaord. Each window or Widget displays a separate view of the data. 4. Widget Title Bar: A title will be displayed at the top of each widget that describes what data you are viewing. Hover over the title bar of any widget to see an expanded view showing timeframes, filters, and other information for the selected widget. Or select one of the available tools to interact further with the data 2 ACO Dashboard Navigation Guide
3 5. Date Setup Icon: Setting the date determines the time period for which the data will display in the widget. For example, users can show data for one month, or the entire year. Date ranges will depend on how much data is available for what is being shown in the widget selected. 1 Select the date range(s) for your widget by clicking on the Date Setup Icon at the top of the widget. 2 Select from the following date setting options: A. Resolution: Units of time used in the date range. B. Time Comparison: Available time comparisons depend upon the type of widget selected. Single shows data for the This date range only. YAG compares data from the same timeframe one year earlier. Advanced lets you select a different date range for comparison. *Please Note: Always set This date to the more recent timeframe. C. This Date: Date Range for the widget selected Choose a Fixed Date to only show the date range chosen Enter the number of days, weeks, months, or periods in the field provided. Click the right or left arrows on the scroll bar to select a beginning and ending date for the date range. D. 4 6. Measures Measures are columns that supply additional information about each row item in a widget. When a widget is displayed in graph view, the data from the measure columns are plotted in graph form. 1 Click on the ruler icon in the top corner of the widget. The Available Measures box will appear 2 Check the box next to each desired measure. 3 Click the Apply button. 7. Graph/Numbers Toggle All analytical widgets are available in graph or numbers format. To toggle between the two, click on the numbers/graph icon in the top corner of the widget. 8. Options Icon Each widget has a menu of settings that provides additional ways you can interact with the data shown in the widget. For example, this menu can be used to maximize your current widget to it uses the full screen or it can be used to export the data in a widget. 9. Dimension (BY): Some widgets will have a dimension displayed underneath the title that tells users how the data is being viewed. Dimensions are often referred to as the By. Click on the dimension to select one of the other avilable dimensions to view the data by. 4 ACO Dashboard Navigation Guide
5 10. Workspace Filters Workspace filters at the bottom of the screen allow users to narrow the focus of the dashboard. Each filter has a drop down menu with options to filter by. You can add multiple workspace filters to each widget. Please note: Workspace filters may not apply to all widgets in the selected dashboard. 11. Home: The Home Icon will bring you back to the ACO Scorecard Tab from all other navigational points. 12. ACO Resources: All resources can found in the Resources Tab on the left side of the Landing Page. Click on the arrow to open the panel Click on the title to open the resource. Help Icon: The help icon provides two functions: Click on Help With This Screen A separate tab opens that provides descriptions of each widget on the screen and where to click Contact Support Provides a link to support (hhssupport@salient.com) 14. Dashboard Tabs: The tabs at the top of the page allow users to select to view one of four available Dashboards, separated based on subject areas: 15 Financial The Financial dashboard provides detailed YTD and trend views of how the ACO is performing in the three areas critical to achieving shared savings: spend, risk and quality. 16 Attribution The Attribution Dashboard provides YTD and trend information focused on the percent of continuously assigned beneficiaries, net change in attribution, and the percent of beneficiaries seen in network for primary care services. 17 Utilization The Utilization Dashboard provides information about change in Emergency Room (ER) and Inpatient (IP) utilization YTD this year vs. prior year. 18 ACO Scorecard The ACO Scorecard Dashboard consolidates each of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) represented in the first three dashboards into one view. It also provides a snapshot of performance in all areas for the ACO. The scorecard provides the ACO manager a broad overview of the entire organization. 19. Drill Down Some widgets have the ability to drill down into another level of Dashboards that provide more detailed information on the data. Open the Resources tab and select the Navigation Guide titled Drill Path Double Click on the data within one of the widgets displayed to drill in. The Drill Path guide will tell you which dashboard will be displayed after you drill in. There can be up to three dashboard layers available to drill into. 6 ACO Dashboard Navigation Guide
