1 General User Can Set Own Start Page You now have the ability to set your own start page in IQ. It can be the IQ Home Page or a List View. Navigate to the page you like, then open the Name link in the upper right corner of IQ and select Set as Start Page. Increased Dashboard Tile Functionality Selecting the Dashboard title within the Dashboard tile on the Home page now takes you to the "full" Dashboard page. Increased Drag and Drop Attachment Functionality Drag and drop for file attachments has been added to the List Results grid for Contacts, Messages, Services and Events. IQ displays a yellow popup message "Attachment added." if you have access rights to attach a file. The defined area for drag and drop includes anywhere on the row EXCEPT for the in-row action menu bar. Download Multiple Attachments and Files The ability to download attached files and IQ Library Files, as a zip file, has been added inside the Service record, under the Action menu, and from the More menu on the Services List Results. 1

2 Contacts Quick Entry Contact Records In places where a new Contact can be entered, you will find a new dialog allowing quick entry of basic Contact data. The title on the dialog, the options that are available, and the presence of the Agency checkbox will vary depending on the starting point for adding the Contact. Household Filters Included in the Audience Builder The Audience Builder has been enhanced to include the ability to select Contact records based on House-holding criteria. Print Labels in Contacts List View A Print Labels action has been added to the More menu of the Contacts grid. This action allows you to print labels for selected contacts using the same standard labels available for Messages. View Incoming Fax or Scan in Contact Record In a Fax or Scan Set, you can now view the image of an incoming scan or fax on the same page as the Contact record. This allows you to visually compare the Contact record and address, then either Search Again to find/add a better match, or edit the existing Contact information. The options to Add Contact, Edit Contact Name, and Edit Contact Address, all available on the list of Set records, uses the new "quick entry" Contact dialog, making changes simple. Business Fax and Web Address Mapped from Outlook Add-In The Business Fax and Web Address (entered in the Outlook Contact record) are now mapped to the FAX and URL (or WEB) Communication types in the IQ Contact record if those Communication types are active in IQ. Note: IQ Outlook Add-In is currently limited to just 4 Communication records, so if the Outlook Contact record contains more than 4 communication types, only the first 4 will be added to the IQ Contact record. 2

3 Messages Filter Messages by Outgoing Subject For Messages, Batches, Campaigns, and Message Set lists, a new filter is available for Outgoing Subject. This new filter is not added by default but you can add it or it can be pushed out by the office to individuals or departments. Enhanced Message Text Searches Message Search now provides separate text search fields for matching Incoming and Outgoing: "Incoming Attachment or Comments Contains" and "Outgoing Attachment, Form or Custom Letter Contains". Add Issue Codes from Change Data From a Messages list, you can add a new Issue Code using the Change Data list action or the Change row action. Add New Form Letter from the Message Change Dialog You can now create a new Form Letter from the Message Change dialog box. This allows you to create and assign a Form Letter to Message records you have already selected to receive the same response. A template is applied at this time you will need to navigate to the Form Letter record that is created to complete and approve the content. Change Data for Campaigns When viewing the list of campaigns in the "My Active Campaigns" or "All Active Campaigns" Messages universes you can now select multiple campaigns and then Change -> Data to act upon more than one campaign at a time. 3

4 Outreach Compare enewsletters Enhanced The "Compare enewsletter" option, under the More button in the Recently Sent Newsletters, has been expanded to include the counts for Soft Bounce, Mobile Device, Desktop Device, Opt Ins, Opt Outs, Survey Participants, Clicks, Comments, Forwards, and Replies for each of the selected newsletters. Enhancements to enewsletter Report Enhancements were made to the enewsletter Analysis Report to include: 1. enewsletter Replies are now combined in the same section with Comments and Forwards. 2. The Message Breakdown at the top has two categories, "By Contact" and "By Total Counts," with rows below each, containing the correlating counts and percentages. 3. In the "By Contact" section, the row titles, counts and percentages are clickable, and they open a filtered Contacts results page. In the "By Total Counts" section, the row titles, counts and percentages are clickable. The row titles jump to the appropriate section below (Clicks, Comments, Replies, Forwards), while the counts and percentages open a filtered Contacts results page. 4. The enewsletter Analysis report now shows "Device Views" under the top section of the report. Device Views is represented by a pie chart that shows the total number and percentage of "Mobile" and "Desktop" devices that recipients used to open an enewsletter. Services Service Edit and Attachment View Split Screen IQ now includes the ability to have the Service Edit screen and an attached image file display in the same browser as a split screen. This helps you enter data from the image into Service record fields more quickly. Webform Assignment Filter for Service Codes A new filter, Webform Assignment, has been added for Service Codes. 4

5 Events Collapse Filters in Event Views The Date and Filters frame can now be collapsed in the Today's Events, Daily and Weekly views by clicking the blue circle with white left arrow icon. If you collapse the Date and Filters frame in one of those three views, then it remains collapsed in all three views for the current and future IQ login sessions. Click the "Date & Filters" button to restore the Date and Filters frame. Event Type Field Added to Event Record A new Event Type Code has been added to the Events module in IQ4. In addition, the Type field has been added to the Event and Recurring Event records. Type can also be selected as a Filter on the Event List Results and Type is displayed in the Expanded section, below Topics. Add Events from Contacts List View In the Contact List Results under the New button, "Event" and "Existing Event" options were added to allow the user to add selected contacts to a new or existing IQ Event. Attach Contact to Recurring Event "Attach Contact" is now available under the Action button in the Recurring Event record after the new recurring event has been saved. This allows you to attach the same Contact to all of the individual Event records that are created from the parent Recurring Event record. 5
