1 News in Configura version v14 Under the following product bars you ll find new and changes products. The first order date on the new products is November 3 rd, Serie e tables 1: If you order a serie-e table with custom made table legs, you now have a new option under Leg type. (Top/Bars/Leg brackets). UBEN Serie e storage: Here you ll find white SignaDure (1602) on all carcasses and fronts, but not the roller shutter. New is also that the Add-on back will be available in white. There is also a new metal filing drawer and a new handle HAND3. There is also a new wardrobe insert for cabinet 4P800. For cabinet 5P800DO and 4P800DO you now can choose between two different locks (Std and SL). You will find these two icons under Serie e accessories. Other news on this product bar is that you will find all handles under a drop list. AL6 metal filing I4P8W wardrobe insert(mirror, carpet, shelf and rail) Serie e pedestals: Here you ll find white SignaDure (1602), apart from the top on PLT-pedestals. You will also find the new handle HAND3 (in a drop list). The insert is the new metal filing drawer; it fits in the bottom drawer (depth 800mm). XDMD metal filing 1

2 Serie [XD] storage: Here you ll find white SignaDure (1602) and Oak Lamine (1801) on all carcasses and fronts, but not the roller shutter in white. New is also that it is possible to choose different colours on carcasses and fronts. There is also a new wardrobe 4P600 (deep 424mm). You ll also find the new handle, and the metal filing drawer here. Moore news is a new plinth for cabinets with depth 500 mm, as option (for cabinets XD3P800D, XD2L800D and XD3L800D). We have made some changes on the product bar. Now you will choose the Wood (for carcasses) and Wood front (front) separately, and a drop list for the handles. 3 New functions Version v One customer with an other payer or invoice receiver A customer can be created with another payer or invoice address. In Configura you choose the customer number as usual and if the customer has another payer or invoice-address this will be shown in the dialogue: Work with chosen customer under headline: Invoice address. You can not change the invoice address in Configura, it is only as an information, if you want to change the invoice address then it has to be done in Movex. Fixed delivery address If the customer is created with a fixed delivery address in Movex this address will automatic be shown in the field for delivery address when you have chosen the customer. 3

4 Promise order (promised delivery time) mark in the order database To make sure that promised order will be easy to read in the order database you must mark option: Promised delivery. This will create so the mail (om-file) will be placed in a new folder called: Promised. NB! This concern only Kinnarps-articles as Kinnarps delivery department have promised a date on. Order printout The list contains only the supplier name of the article you have drawn on the drawing surface. If you want to use this document as a purchase order you can change the addresses at the document. (Not to be used by Tango members) If you need to change the delivery address or the invoice address on the order printout you can change this by letting the arrow rest on wished headline and right click on the mouse and make your choice. If you wish to change the invoice address you can chosoe between Customer and Own, if you choose Own the address from company identity will be present in the orderprintout headline Invoice address. I you wish to change the delivery address you can choose between Customer and Warehouse, if you choose warehouse the address from company identity will be present in the orderprintout headline Invoice address. 4

5 The Kinnarps specific open/save dialogue have been slightly modernized... To follow principles in Windows the current folder/drawing name is now suggested when Save as is used. It s possible to write for example "kal" in one of the boxes for text input and the list below will show just the folders, or drawing names, including character combination "kal" (if the list becomes empty some characters have to be removed since there isn t anything including specified text string). The search-function is now a bit faster. Earlier it was almost impossible to do a search in a large drawing archive but it should now be possible. Please observe that in some situations, the first search after installing Configura and so on, it will still take some time. 5
