An unknown male suspect walked by her and grabbed her purse that was on her shoulder. V/ was able to hold on to her purse. The male suspect broke the strap off the purse as he tried to grab it off her shoulder. The male suspect was with another younger male, around 14 yoa. They both ran off N/B on Alki AV SW. V/ called 911. She said she had slight pain on her upper right arm where the strap broke from the purse. The suspect did not get anything. She said she did not get a good look at the suspect's face.
