Changes are listed in order from newest to oldest, and are either new features that have been added or issues that have been resolved. 2 PixelPointPOS (Sept 29, 2015) SUP-149 Scheduled Products ordered within the scheduled time can no longer be reordered after the scheduled time has elapsed. SUP-148 POS no longer duplicates number of customers for each table in a reservation. POS now prompts for number of customer at each subsequent table. PIXME-1956 POS accounts for the correct product recipe cost when the ingredients within recipe must be depleted according to different sales types. PIXME-1943 POS is able to send Future Orders to the QSR epic KDS when using PixelKDS.exe Page 2

3 (July 20, 2015) PIXME-1350 Transaction Label is now retained when a deposit is applied to the transaction. PIXME-1346 Transactions containing a minimum charge product equal to a deposit amount will no longer close until the full value of the transaction is paid. PIXME-1340 Split Table window correctly displays after a Move Item and Enter Table Number is performed. PIXME-1320 POS correctly handles move functions between two open tables that contain split checks. PIXME-1296 Void button no longer displays in the transaction viewer payment section if the selected payment uses an external authorization payment method. PIXME-1295 The POS now separates taxable amounts and tax exempt amounts for Reporting. PIXME-1260 Coupons now properly account for tax on tax configuration when Deduct Taxes is checked. PIXME-1249 Warehouse to Warehouse transfers now correctly handle matching WarehouseIDs and SupplierIDs. PIXME-1248 Minimum charge products can be added back to checks after being voided. PIXME-1232 Tax inclusive Products using a second tax are now included in the Net Sales (Without Taxes) field in the Sales Summary (3-Column) report. PIXME-1202 Opening and closing PAR cash drawers that use drawer handling policy and DLLs will no longer produce POS Exception errors. PIXME-1160 Return Entire Transaction function now calculating taxes correctly when the transaction contains a coupon which deducts taxes. SUP-63 Coupons set to Manual by ShowCouponList policy settings. Page 3 Amount now properly follow the

CR # 3885 When a user selects the substitute question button and the order goes to the Select KDS, the replaced item is placed with the original item instead of at the bottom of the order. CR # 3849 Fixed: Access Violation when voiding coupons when the system does not have a matching product number and product number no longer occurs. CR # 3826 Implementation of New policy "UseMember" If enabled, the POS will direct the user to the order form bypassing the Member address form after the system successfully finds a member from its various search functions. This functionality also applies to the Use Member button in the Search Member form. If disabled, the POS will direct the user to the Member address form. Default = N. CR # 3815 New &printer_name variable in Custom Chit CR # 3814 Implementation of New policy AllowSeatConsolidation. If enabled, seat items will consolidate along with other items in consolidated section of the custom chit. If disabled, default item detail printing with seats will occur. Default = N CR # 3812 EOI orders now being sent to PixelKds. CR # 3811 Individual CustomRecFooter for EOI, OnFinish Check, and Custom Payment dll. CR # 3807 Fixed: Pole Line display error when updating POS from Back Office. CR # 3806 Fixed: Screen saver displays itself over the customer display once the user selects the finish button. Page 4

5 CR # 3801 New Format variable &format_optiondescpref added in custom chit to allow for adding a characters/prefix to the beginning of an option item description. CR # 3797 New nodes "NetTotal" and "GratAfterTax" will be sent to Custom Payment Dll interface. CR # 3792 Fixed: Print consolidation is grouping by like items instead of placing placing options under master item. CR # 3791 Fixed: Users can re-tip credit payments more than ten times leaving the payment in a not approved state. CR # 3788 Fixed: Message appears "Do you want to sell a gift card" when using LegacyPayInOutMethod = N. CR # 3786 Fixed: POS Exception message when splitting a check that has been recombined after being split. CR # 3782 New Policy CouponScheduleHandling when enabled, calculates coupon discounts only to ordered products that are range of the coupon schedule. CR # 3781 New Policy CanOnlyVoidLastItemOrdered determines if the user can only void the last item ordered on the check. CR # 3775 Added support for 'MagTek USB HID' reader on the PAR Tablet. Page 5

6 (Oct 2, 2014) CR # 3766 Fixed: ShipTo address does not get assigned correctly when creating a new member that includes shipping address when sending an XML using EOI. CR # 3764 Fixed: Change in taxes or new taxes added are not applied without restarting the POS. User can now simply log out and back in. CR # 3748 Fixed: Gift card wizard saves -2 transaction number to howpaid when policy customercountsyncwithseats=3 and number of ordered items = 0 CR # 3742 Fixed: Date of Birth field for existing members cannot be updated on the POS. CR # 3737 Fixed: Member coupon does not apply correctly when remaining member points is less than the total point required by the coupon. CR # 3734 Fixed: The POS allows users to modify the sales type on the Finish Form after the transaction has been closed. CR # 3733 Fixed: The tender amount of the base currency shows up in the foreign currency type when using a custom cashout slip and making a payment in a foreign currency. The default layout will display the tender value as the foreign currency value. CR # 3701 Fixed: Taxes are not being removed on split bills with a discount, and discounts don't follow items when "Split by Seats" is used. CR # 3691 Fixed: When LockDownItemsAfterPrint policy is set to 1, the policy allows for moving items when it should not. CR # 3688 Fixed: A leading zero will not be accepted when entering CVV codes or CC expiration dates. CR # 3685 Fixed: There is a conflict between policies WhoStartOwnsPayment and AddTipUponApproval causing the POS to display "Not Your Charge" on the Finish Form when the cashier is closing a check for a server in a payment reassignment scenario. CR # 3680 Fixed: The POS will not auto order a seat on a new check that it creates when the system is configured with a seat product, the feature code is 105 (auto order item), and the user splits the check. 7 (Feb 21, 2014) CR # 3608 Fixed: When the user clocks in while (1) cash management is enabled, (2) denominations are assigned to 'Cash' payment method, and (3) job position is set to prompt for initial float, the float/denomination form will show the pay rate of the employee in the POS calc section. CR # 3596 Fixed: Keep CC function does not ask for expiry date when using the function manually. This last worked in v CR # 3595 Fixed: Access Violation occurs when launching an external executable with the transaction parameter (%t) for an empty quick order (no items on the check) using a Function button (created on the order form). Launching the same executable through the POS Function Menu does not produce an access violation. CR # 3484 Fixed: CouponDetail is no longer deleted. 8 SystemSet (Sept 29, 2015) PIXME-2060 Item Cost in the inventory table correctly updates when stock item cost per unit is assigned in stock item setup. PIXME-1637 When using Transaction Viewer's Unclose function with an External Authorization Payment, POS no longer opens a table with no transaction. PIXME-1426 POS now blocks users from moving items to a closed quick order transaction in Quick Order Detail View. SUP-110 Interval view in Employee Scheduler no longer affects wage rate. SUP-81 When an inventory item is added to the Sub-recipe of a stocked item, the unit/container now displays the correct description/label. Page 8

This functionality also applies to the Use Member button in the Search Member form. If disabled, the POS will direct the user to the Member address form. Default = N. CR # 3798 Fixed: Removing an employee schedule and then ing that schedule will still send the removed schedule in the . CR # 3790 Fixed: New substitution option in forced questions provides drop down of question line instead of question name. CR # 3784 Fixed: exists with HO price change utility not updating UpdateStore table when the head office uses regional settings currency decimal value with a comma(,). CR # 3780 New Policies: CanOnlyVoidLastItemOrdered Determines if the user can only void the last item ordered on the check. Only applies to unprinted items. Default = 0. Possible Values: 0 : Default, any item can be voided 1 : Can only void last item ordered on the check. 2 : Can only void last item ordered on the check, but can void other items with security override CouponScheduleHandling If enabled, the coupon calculates discounts only to ordered products that are range of the coupon schedule. By default, once the coupon meets the scheduled range, the coupon calculates discounts to all ordered products in scheduled range or not. Default = N. Page 9

CR # 3765 Fixed: Adjusting or amending Product Combos in HO causes corruption or wrong link sequence CR # 3760 Fixed: When user is in scheduler and tries to change to another week it will not load. User has to exit scheduler and reopen to open that week. 14 PixelKDS (Mar 18, 2015) CR # 3555 Fixed: Interface with ChefXML not showing Header information: Employee and Table # will now display ChefXML Sending unmodified stored orders to KDS While 'Send on Recall' is disabled. Ticket number in QSR KDS when the ticket number product is pre voided and a new ticket number is created. QSR will display the previous voided ticket number instead of the new ticket number. CR # 3874 Substitute Question items no longer appearing at bottom of KDS order. New check box "Do not send printed items" for QSR and CHEFXML. Will not redisplay already printed items that have been bumped from the KDS this includes using split checks function. Page 14
