Download "Auto-Notify Setup - Begin from Contacts (for Contacts/Searches Copied from Tempo/Fusion)"

1 NOTE: Before going through the following steps, you should step through the Paragon Preferences and Client Connect Preferences to update your signature as well as choose default settings related to Auto-Notify and creating your Client Connect website. Click on Contacts, then View / Manage Contacts. Click on the Contact s name to open up their full Contact Information. Page 1 of 12

2 When Contact Information opens, click on the name of the saved search at the right in order to open up the search itself and run it. When the search opens, review the search criteria and make any desired changes, then click the Search button to run the search. Note: You may want to consider adding BOM (Back on Market) status to your criteria before running the Search. In Paragon, for listings that have been in Contingent, Pending, Withdrawn or Canceled status that come back on the market, for the first 7 days they are back on the market they will be in BOM status instead of Active status. NOTE: If you want to set up Listings choice instead of Client Connect, at this point you should go directly to Page 9. Page 2 of 12

3 Review the search results to make sure they are accurate, then click the Save Search button to resave the search. Make sure you leave the Search Name the same, and click Save. Page 3 of 12

4 After saving the search, click the X to close the Property System Grid tab, and then click the X to close down the Search tab. You will return to the Saved Searches page. To choose the Client Connect website notification settings, under Notification Options click the Client Connect with Auto-Notify button. Page 4 of 12

5 Click the + in front of Search Activity, then click on the Search Name. Under Notification Options, choose Client Connect with Auto-Notify button, then click the Notification Settings link. Page 5 of 12

6 The default Client Scheduling of s is Immediately. You can also choose Recurring and then choose Daily, Weekly or Monthly options, plus indicate the time of day the should go out. If you make a Recurring choice, be sure to click the OK button when you are done. When you return to the main Advanced Options screen, click OK at the top right. Under Setup Complete, click Send Link to start up the Client Connect website. Page 6 of 12

7 Add Contact s name to the Subject line and click Send. To view the Client Connect site for this contact, click on View Site button. Page 7 of 12

8 This is the Client Connect site where the Contact will listings will come into the Undecided tab, and they will be able to move them into the Favorites, Possible or Rejected tabs for the Agent to see. THIS COMPLETES THE PROCESS OF SETTING UP THE CLIENT CONNECT AUTO-NOTIFY. THE ADDITIONAL PAGES SHOW HOW TO SEND AUTO NOTIFY LISTINGS INSTEAD. Page 8 of 12

9 SETTING UP LISTINGS NOTIFICATION (instead of Client Connect) - BEGIN THIS SECTION AFTER PAGE 2. Checkmark the listings, and then click the button to send your Contact the initial . Double click the desired report at the left to select it (or check mark it and click Add). Then click . Page 9 of 12

10 Key in the Contact s first or last name to bring up the address (or use the Address Book). Add the Contact s name to the Subject line, and then click the Send button. Click Close to close down the copy of the that was sent. After sending the , click the X to close the Property System Grid tab, and then click the X to close down the Search tab, which will take you back to Contact Information. Page 10 of 12

11 Click the Notification button. Choose the Result View (Report) you want to send, choose the Immediately or Recurring option, and then click OK to complete the options for future s going out to the Contact. Page 11 of 12
