9 Please enter here the contact data of the person who is organising the examination at your institution or at the selected examination centre. Here you can select a delivery address from the drop-down menu or enter a different address. Please note our General Terms and Conditions on this subject. 9

10 Please select the level from the drop-down menu. Please select the examination subject from the drop-down menu. Please enter the full address of the examination location here. Please enter the total number of candidates here. Please enter the number of examination rooms here. Please enter the number of examining commissions here, i.e. the number of groups of examiners who conduct an oral examination together. 10

12 Interim storage of registration: For interim storage of registration, all particulars must be entered correctly and in full. Interim storage enables you to enter registrations for scheduled future examinations online in advance and then make any changes or corrections later. Please note: Registrations in interim storage will not be recorded or processed by telc! Send registration: Registration forms that have been completed can be sent immediately. They go directly to telc and are automatically entered as an examination order. Please note the closing date when sending your registration. No further registration forms can be sent online after the closing date. You cannot make any changes to registration forms which have already been sent or add extra registrations online. Please send any additional registrations or changes to quoting your code number, the examination date and the examination subject, or fax a printout of your online registration to

14 The examinations already registered online appear in a list here. Registration state Registration state shows you the status of the registration. One of the following alternatives will be displayed: - stored: You have put the registration in interim storage. The registration has not been sent to us and thus will not be processed. - sent: Your online registration has been sent to us and will be processed. - order accepted: Your registration is currently being processed. At this stage, you will also be shown the relevant order number. - rejected: The registration has not been accepted by telc and examination material will not be delivered. 14

16 Registration of candidates Particulars of candidates can be uploaded within three working days after the date of the Written Examination. Only the particulars of the number of candidates that were actually registered online can be uploaded. 16

20 JOINT registration of candidates You can upload the fully completed template within three working days after the written examination. To do this, please click search. A window will open showing your computer s Explorer structure. Select the template stored in your computer and confirm your selection by clicking open. The selected path will be shown in the input mask. To upload the template with the candidates particulars, please click submit participant data. 20
