Small and stylish, it is an advanced desk-top folding and inserting machine with the ability to cope with a wide variety of applications quickly and efficiently. Now, even many complex manual mailing jobs can be simply automated, freeing up staff and saving you money. PFE s EasiStart operating system will guide you through the setup and get your job running quickly, processing up to 2,500 filled envelopes per hour. Even those new to mailing systems will be ready to use Minimailer 2 Plus in just a few minutes. The Minimailer 2 Plus is fitted with two automatic feed stations. Station one is a high capacity sheet feeder and is specifically designed to handle a wide range of papers. Station two is able to insert either additional sheets, or nest smaller documents such as reply envelopes, publicity mailers or even booklets up to 1mm thick. Alternatively it can be used to hand-feed pre-collated documents of up to 5 sheets to be folded and inserted. The Minimailer 2 Extra is the perfect solution to your more complex office mailing requirements such as invoices, statements and payroll documents. By combining PFE s Optical Mark Reading (OMR) technology with a collate station, the Minimailer 2 Extra is able to read your documents and group them accordingly before folding them together into the envelope. This ensures not only time and cost savings, but also greatly increases document security. PFE s indocs software can apply these marks to your documents, avoiding complex IT issues when automating your outgoing mail.

3 High Capacity Sheet Feeder For consistent output the Minimailer 2 Range is fitted with a high capacity Sheet Feeder which is capable of holding up to 250 sheets. This significantly minimises the amount of refills required when processing your mailing. omr Optical Easistart The control panel and LCD display make programming and running jobs easy. For each job the display shows which type of document to load in each hopper. Then simply press the green button to start. Mark Easy Access The clam shell design allows unrivalled access to the entire paper path. The operator interface will even tell you where to look. The document can then be cleared and the machine re-started immediately. Recognition With the Minimailer 2 Extra, the collate station may be opened to remove documents with too many sheets to be inserted.

In combination with the Minimailer 2 Plus, or any other PFE system, indocs will not only speed up your mail processing and increase security, it can even reduce your printing and postage costs significantly. In order to process mail efficiently, all PFE inserters are able to read a pre-prepared code on your documents and intelligently decide how to process them. This can include accumulating multi-page documents and adding specific additional inserts. Indocs reads the data in your unprinted documents and adds the appropriate markings before printing, so that the inserter can read these marks and perform all of these functions automatically. In order to further optimize your use of the inserting system, indocs is capable of sorting through your unprinted documents and collating together any that are intended for the same recipient, thus saving considerably on postage costs. Indocs works on any Windows operating system, thereby giving all the simplicity of click-anddrag set-up. Therefore, no prior programming knowledge is necessary, and no lengthy and costly consultancy is required.
