1 Report Overview This report is for agencies participating in the One Call automated messaging project and utilizing the Local Use Question LUQ in Position 6. A list of participants who belong to the specified agency, and want to be notified by One Call, who have missed a nutrition visit benefit pick-up based on having a last set s Last Date to Use LDTU during the specified time period. This report excludes participants based on the date entered into the Enter Missed Appts Start Date PROMPT, which should be the same date as entered into the Enter Last LDTU Start Date PROMPT. These are participants that had an appointment scheduled between that date and the current date and are excluded from this report since they should display on the One Call: Missed Appts report. Tab 1 Reference: List of value IDs and their descriptions. Tab 2 Missed Nutrition Visit: List of participants who have missed picking up benefits during a specified time period who want a One Call reminder. One Call: Missed Nutrition Visit Infoview Report Template Guidance ONE CALL Notes * This report provides private information. Please refer to the MN WIC Data Privacy Policy Ref: MOM, Section 1.7. *This report can take up to 5 minutes to run. *The first time the report is run, if the Value IDs for LUQ Position 6 are unknown, agencies should simply enter their Agency ID into the Enter 3-digit Agency ID PROMPT and run the report without completing the other PROMPTS in order to obtain the Value IDs from the Reference tab. *The Reference tab can be deleted if desired from the report template once the necessary information is obtained from it Value IDs by opening the Edit screen, right-clicking on the Reference tab at the bottom of the screen, and selecting Delete Report. *Value IDs are based on WIC type. To run the report for all types of participants, there should be five different value IDs separated by semi-colons and no spaces entered into the Enter Value IDs for LUQ Position 6 PROMPT. *The Value IDs are the same for all One Call reports Future Appointments, Missed Appointments and Missed Nutrition Visits. *There are three options for One Call automated messaging: voice, text, or . Voice is the only option if a language other than English or Spanish is selected in the Demographics AdditionalInfo2 Language1 or AdditionalInfo2 Language2 field. Agencies can choose which language field to use. If necessary, to remove one of the fields from the report output: from the PROMPT screen click the Edit button to open the edit screen, right-click on the column, click on Remove, and click on Remove Column. Text is indicated by a phone number and the word Text in the Comment2 field. 1 P age MN Department of Health WIC Program
2 is indicated if an address has been entered into the Address field on the main Demographics tab. The Telephone1 field is suppressed if the record has an address to ensure only one type of contact is made. *This report uses multiple queries to filter, or exclude, the following participants from the report output: Fully-Breastfeeding infants less than 6 months old Some-Breastfeeding SBF women assumption is that SBF women still eligible for benefits will receive a call for their infant so these women are not included on report output Participants, and household members of participants, with appointments that have NOT been kept in the past during a date period specified by the user assumption is these participants will be on the One Call Missed Appointment report output Participants that have future appointments assumption is that appointment is scheduled within 30 days of last set s LDTU participants with appointments more than 30 days in the future from the last set s LDTU will be included if pick-up is missed Participants that have been terminated or determined ineligible *Participants must have a cert end date greater than or equal to the last date of the current month. This ensures that participants becoming categorically ineligible postpartum women and children turning 5 display in the report output. For those who have a cert end date in the current month and are not becoming categorically ineligible, the assumption is that they will either have an appointment scheduled and be excluded by the Appts Query or will have attended an appointment and already received benefits. *The Agency ID and Servicesiteid are based on the agency and clinic to which the participant currently belongs. *To run the report for one day, enter the same date into both the Enter Start Date and Enter End Date PROMPTS. 7 Technical Notes One Call: Missed Nutrition Visit Notes The joins in the SBF Women query were modified to link the MEMBER table and POSTPARTUM table by Statewicid and the POSTPARTUM table and POSTPARTUMINFANT table by Postpartumid since POSTPARTUMINFANT.Statewicid is the infant s ID and not the woman s ID. The link between the MEMBER and CERTCONTACT tables in the Terminations query was changed from Certificationid to Statewicid; the Certificationid updates in the MEMBER table when pseudo-certs are created. In order to ensure records with both address and Telephone1 aren t contacted more than once by One Call, a formula is used to suppress the value in the Telephone1 column of the report output when a value is in the address field.
