1 and Paperless Delivery Options centrally access their secure reports and documents from within Link. Paperless Delivery Options allows Password Owners to have documents which are housed in Document Vault, such as Commercial Group claim letters, to be delivered electronically and stop the mail. Introduction Document Vault Types of Reports and Letters Available Claim letters for most commercial members, with Medicare and Medicaid coming soon. Static report documents appear in the My Documents section on the Document Vault home page. You navigate through a folder structure to access these reports. You can also search for reports based on criteria such as creation date, TIN number, or claim number. Reporting application links appear in the My Report Links section on the Document Vault home page. These links launch reporting applications you have access to. Letters from June 2, 2017, and after will be stored in Document Vault for six months. After that time, claim letters can be found in claimslink until they re 18 months old. Document Vault security and what you can see in Document Vault 2. Document Vault uses your Optum ID to identify you as a member of your organization and to determine your role. You will only see the reports and correspondence that someone at your organization with your role is authorized to see. Paperless Delivery Options The Paperless Delivery Options app can send daily or weekly notifications to alert you to new letters that have been added to your Document Vault. With our - flexible delivery options, you decide when and where the s are sent for each type of letter. This app is available to Link Password Owners only. Expand a section by clicking on the title, for example Claim Letters 2. Select a sub-heading to reveal specific documents 2. Select the Document Vault symbol, at the top right 3. 3 Flag a Document 1. Click on the flag icon to flag it Search Function 1. Choose a Search method from the pull-down menu 2. Enter the appropriate information for that search 3. Click Search Please note all the indicators when something is flagged 5. 4 UnitedHealthcare West Reports centrally access their secure reports and documents from within Link 1. From UHCprovider.com, click Link and sign in UnitedHealthcare West Reports 1. Select UnitedHealthcare West Reports, from the My Report Links section (additional report types will be added in the future). NOTE: UnitedHealthcare West Reports are specific to Signature Value and Medicare Advantage HMO plans. 2. Select the Document Vault symbol, at the top right 2. Choose the desired report from the menu on the left 3. Select the Provider ID from the pull-down menu (Capitation option shown below) 4. Click Submit Provider ID 3. The Document Vault app 5. Select search details from the pull-down menus 6. Click Submit NOTE: The number in the small red circle indicates new documents which you have not yet reviewed. Select the Document Vault symbol, at the top right NOTE: UnitedHealthcare Reports include: Capitation, Claim Recovery, Early Preventative Screenings Diagnostic Tests (EPSDT) for Medicaid, Hospital Monitoring, PCP Panel Roster, Preventive Health Measures and Stars Scorecards 2. Choose the appropriate search details from the pulldown menus 3. Click Search 6. 6 Paperless Delivery Options Paperless Delivery Options allows Password Owners to have documents which are housed in Document Vault, such as Commercial Group claim letters, to be delivered electronically and stop the mail. NOTE: Only Password Owners have access to this app. 1. From UHCprovider.com, click Link and sign in Confirm Corporate Information 1. Select the appropriate Corporate Information from the pull-down menus 2. Select Paperless Delivery Options NOTE: If you represent only one organization, the app will default to that and only the Tax ID Number pull-down menu will appear. Also, only one TIN may be updated at a time. 2. Review the Provider Communications Electronic Delivery Notice and check the box to confirm UHCprovider.com UnitedHealthcare Services, Inc. 7 Paperless Delivery Options Set Preferences 1. Click the Electronic Delivery radio button for each desired Communication Type (or select Turn on all ) 2. Enter a valid Address for each (select Use same for all notifications to copy the address to all fields) 3.
