1 4HOnline Steps to Re-Enrollment for Returning Members & Volunteers 1. Navigate to the site ne.4honline.com. You will see changes have been made to the site since last time you logged in.

2 2. Since you are a returning member, you will select I have a profile on the menu on the bottom of the main screen. You will need to use the same login and password as before. If you have forgot your password, select I forgot my password and a new one will be e- mailed to you. Select Login once you have entered your information. (if you are unsure what address you used please contact the extension office. 3. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to your family page, as seen below. Click on Continue to Family. a. Please make sure all family information is up to date. ( , address, phone number)

3 4. All members of your family, adult volunteers and youth alike, will be listed as inactive since we are in a new program year. To reenroll, you will need to click on the edit button next to each youth and adult. 5. You will be taken to a screen which displays the youth s or adult's information in the below format. You cannot click on anything on this screen.

4 6. Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you will see a button which says Enroll for Click on this button. 7. Once you have click on the Enroll for button, you will be taken to a screenwith the same information but you will be able to edit any information you need to. Enter all the required(*) information. Number of year in 4-H includes years as a Clover Kid. IF YOU ACCEPT TEXT MESSAGES, please enter your cell number and cell phone carrier. Although Not Asterisked (*), the following fields are required: Race, Ethnicity, Residence, Military Service, and Grade. o Volunteer Select Yes if you serve in a leadership capacity in 4-H. Examples for youth: Junior Leader, Club Officer... Examples for adults: Chaperon, Community Club Leader, Project leader... o Ethnicity Select Ethnicity o Race Select all races that apply to youth. if you selected ethnicity "Not Hispanic" you must select at least one options. o Residence Select Residence

5 Continued: o Military Service of Family Complete military information o School Information Select your school by selecting your SCHOOL'S county, then district, and then your school. if unable to locate your school in the list, please enter the school name and type. select the youth;s current grade. 8. At the bottom of this page, after updating any information, you will want to click on continue.

This will bring you to the page where you will complete the 4H Code of Conduct and other waivers Please review the code and the waivers. o 4-H youth/parent/guardian Code of Conduct requires "Yes" to participate in 4-H. o Permission to Treat, Participate and Release of Claims Requires "Yes" to participate in 4-H. o Photo Release is optional: "Yes" or "No". o Survey Release is optional: "Yes" or "No". o Youth Protection Policy require a "Yes" acknowledging awareness that this policy exists. For Code of Contact, youth are required to electronically sign - first and last name. For all, a parent/guardian is required to electronically sign - first and last name. Enter the YOUTH'S Year of graduation from high school. Once you complete this, move on the the Health Form by clicking 'Continue'. 10. Complete the health form if you are planning to attend PASE/Life Challenge or state 4-H Camp. Click on Continue once you are finished.

7 11. Following the Health Form, you will be taken to where you can update the club enrollment of the youth and the youth projects. Please remove any projects from last year s listing that you are NOT going to participate in during this program year. *To proceed to next screen, select "Continue" or to add another youth, select "Return to Members List".

8 12. You will be directed to the invoice and payment page after you click on Continue. Here you will have pay the $10 4-H membership fee for 4-H members (including Clover Kids) covers annual 4-H enrollment, accident insurance and the Dodge County 4-H Blast. You have two options in paying: o Pay by credit card, by adding new credit car information or by selecting an existing credit card account. o or pay by personal check by selecting County/Club 4-H Check. Mail or bring check into office to complete the enrollment process. Make checks payable to University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

9 13. The final step in enrollment is to submit your enrollment to the county for approval. Your submission will have a pending status until payment is received AND the Nebraska Extension- Dodge County Office has approved the enrollment. For those with , you MAY receive an requesting additional action if needed and you WILL receive a confirmation once your enrollment is approved. You MAY also receive a phone call requesting additional action if needed and you will receive a confirmation phone call once your enrollment is approved. NOTE: 2017 Volunteer Screening, if you are enrolling as a volunteer you will need to complete the enclosed Volunteer Screening form. Additional forms can be downloaded from out 4-H webpage. No matter when you previously completed the volunteer screening, 2017 is the year that our district is required to have every volunteer complete this form. Once you have completed it, please return it to the Dodge County Extension Office. Once we receive this form we will be able to validate your volunteer enrollment.
