1 GEVA On-Line Membership Registration (thru the USAV Webpoint System) Please print out this instruction package or have it available on-line to complete the registration process (accessing Webpoint on a mobile device is not optimal). You will need approximately 20 minutes to complete the entire process and forms. You will also need a credit card to pay for the USAV registration. Membership Types which to choose? All players participating in an GEVA programs must be members of USAV. Tryout Membership is valid for up to five individual tryout days. THIS IS THE ONLY UPGRADEABLE MEMBERSHIP, AND IS UPGRADEABLE TO FULL MEMBERSHIP ONLY. o Boys will be valid from 9/9 thru 11/4 o Girls will be valid from 11/4 thru 12/14 Junior membership is the normal membership for Juniors playing Club Volleyball. The memberships vary in price depending on participant age (under 8 free) and level of options such as magazine subscriptions, National Team Support etc.. This membership is NOT refundable, even if you do not make a team. Development membership is required to participate in any of the DEVELOPMENT programs (offered by many clubs as non-travel in-house programs). You can not upgrade to a development membership from a tryout membership. All memberships must be paid by credit card on-line at the time of membership to USAV. Last Modified Date: 08/25/2016

Follow the instructions in the to proceed with your registration. Make sure you write down your username and password. CLICK RENEW MEMBERSHIP SKIP TO PAGE _5_ OF THE INSTRUCTIONS.
