5 Things to Remember WHEN PLANNING YOUR SESSION Your session time is limited, with back to back sessions throughout the day, so make sure to keep the presentation succinct You must stick to your allotted time, as there are only 5 minutes to turn the room around after your session. There will be no rehearsal time so keep it simple All content should be created in 16:9 format, 1920 x 1080 resolution We have both PowerPoint and Keynote systems available for presentations and will be running a PC, Mac and Video playback facilities in each room

6 Important Information ABOUT YOUR PRESENTATION Slides will be controlled from the stage via a wireless slide advancing system (a clicker ) it will be located at the lectern when your presentation begins the green button advances the slides forward and the red button takes the slides backwards. A presenter comfort monitor will be located in front of the stage for you to view your presentation this will replicate what is being displayed on the main screen. There will also be a countdown clock displaying your remaining time this will start to flash 2 minutes from the end of your allotted time. Please meet our stage manager at the entrance to your presentation room a minimum of 20 minutes prior to your presentation for your speaker briefing they will meet you outside of the room as there is likely to be a session running at this point. Please bring a copy of your presentation on a USB stick and give this to our stage manager who will pass it on to our technician. We recommend you bring all associated files and videos separately to the main presentation as well, to allow us flexibility should the need arise. All speakers will be required to use a lapel microphone(s) which will be fitted by our technician, and operated by the tech team from the rear of the room. This is essential for the recording and webcasting of the event. Should you require a Q&A session, there will be roving microphones available. Please advise us in advance if you will have a Q&A session to ensure we have the relevant assistants available.

It will be located in the PlayStation Theatre As a session owner, you will also have access to this space There is no separate Green Room at Liberty Theater
