2 OVERVIEW Today, conversational interactions are the most prevalent and confusing exchanges for enterprises to manage. Gridspace Memo is conferencing software that automatically indexes and clarifies the information-rich calls that teams have each day. 3 STARTING A MEETING Start a meeting on the fly with one click or generate a link that you can easily share or sync with Google Calendar. Memo also makes it easy to continue the conversation, you can start a call from any meeting summary with the same participants, without having to invite everyone again. Participants can join via the meeting URL or calling in to the dedicated line from a landline, smartphone, or VOIP.

High Quality Audio Opus is a lossy audio coding format that works behind the scenes in Gridspace Memo to enhance audio quality, automatic speech recognization and downstream natural language understanding results. Developed by Xiph and codified by IEFT, the codec was made for high-quality, low-latency interactive speech communication. Because high quality audio is so important for conference clarity and knowledge capture, Gridspace monitors SNR through out conferences and reports back to users about conferences with unusually high noise levels.

Keywords Suggested keywords are generated for each meeting, determined by Gridspace s proprietary speech engine. Searchable Audio Timeline The audio timeline allows users to listen to any part of their conversation. Moments that were flagged during a call will appear on the timeline. 6 A SEARCHABLE MEETING ARCHIVE Search through your past calls and meetings like you would through . You can search for keywords as well as participant names and dates. Gridspace overcomes search challenges by matching phonetically expanded queries against target audio using convolutional neural networks. An additional search advantage in Gridspace Memo is made possible by searching nearby neighbors in a word embedding space. What's powerful about this technique is that queries can be performed in a lexically and semantically rich space with low search overhead.

7 EASILY MANAGE PERMISSIONS Voice indexing can be turned off at any point in a meeting if you d prefer to have a call not be recorded. Clear permissions also make it easy to decide who has access to view your meetings. Users can allow their meetings to be accessed by anyone in their organization to encourage the sharing of organizational knowledge.
