3 Application Infrastructure Component List AASHTOWare Safety Analyst Version This list includes all application infrastructure components that support the development, maintenance, and operation of the AASHTOWare Safety Analyst product, Version 5.1.1, released on January 2, External Components External components consist of those components that end-user client organizations procure and maintain (e.g., databases, workstation operating systems, and web browsers) and that are required for the deployment and use of the AASHTOWare Safety Analyst product. Operating Systems The AASHTOWare Safety Analyst product software is written in Java, which provides a high degree of operating system independence. Thus, it is likely that Safety Analyst will operate on a large number of different operating systems. Harris has tested the product on both Linux and Microsoft operating systems; however, the product officially supports only the Microsoft operating systems.
