9 INI-Files on the HTML5-Server In installation folder Settings can be modified, copied and saved in an easy manner. hardware.ini = Information about all connected HTML5-Clients License.ini = The license and what features are unlocked Mediapools.ini = Settings (name, path) of the Mediapools. Povclient.ini = Player settings (e.g. Ports, https) povclient_id.ini = Settings to uniquely identify the Server Screens.ini = Settings regarding the individual channels (resolution, layers,...) Each HTML5-Client automatically receives local configurations created by the Server \WEB\pov\config

11 Web/SoC Activation When the SoC App starts for the first time, it asks for the address of the Server. Enter the FQDN/IP Address of the HTML5-Server. When Server is addressed per Browser, the login page is shown. The new HTML5-Client can be activated with the following 3 methods: Clicking the QR-Code Scanning the QR-Code (Smartphone in same LAN) Manually enter the bottom right code (before //) in the status page.

12 Web/SoC Assign Channel The HTML5-Client can be assigned to existing channels or even create new ones. New channels copy the settings from the first channel. The channels are saved in the screens.ini. The HTML5-Clients are saved in the hardware.ini.

13 Web/SoC App management All HTML5-Clients can be managed at the status page. The Settings and Logs will be shown when clicking the HTML5-Client. Remove Device = is no longer monitored/updated. Reboot Device = when supported by the hardware, triggers a restart. Update Software = updates the HTML5-Client on the device.

14 Tips Hotkeys on the HTML5-Client: Ctrl+Alt+ C = Manually update the content on the HTML5-Client (default 60sec). I = Show information. O = Turn the display ON/OFF. Backspace = Reset settings and memory.
