5 Project Funding Support Stream NEIGHBOURHOOD ACTIVITIES, GATHERINGS & EVENTS Ajax residents can request direct funding and fee waivers from the Town of Ajax for new activities, gatherings or events that will create positive connections and relationships amongst neighbours. Deadline: Monday, February 12, 2018

6 Resource Support Stream PROMOTIONAL ITEMS & GIVEAWAYS Ajax residents can request promotional items & giveaways free-of-charge for a community event. Items may include Town of Ajax branded merchandise such as commemorative pins and/or other small promotional-type items issued by the Town. Deadline: Ongoing - Closes December 31, 2018 for 2018 initiatives, opens Jan 2, 2019 for 2019 initiatives.

26 Project Funding Support Stream PROGRAMS & SERVICES Incorporated not-for-profit organizations serving Ajax can request direct funding from the Town of Ajax for a new program or service to be delivered within the Ajax community. Deadline: Monday, February 12, 2018

27 Project Funding Support Stream GATHERINGS & EVENTS Incorporated not-for-profit organizations serving Ajax can request direct funding and fee waivers from the Town of Ajax for a new gathering or event to be delivered within the Ajax community. Deadline: Monday, February 12, 2018

28 Project Funding Support Stream FEE WAIVERS Community organizations can apply for event fee waivers for Town of Ajax owned or accessed facilities or outdoor space free-ofcharge on behalf of the Town of Ajax. Deadline: Ongoing Closes December 1, 2018 for 2018 events, opens September, 2018 for 2019 events
