7 Login Screen 1. Enter server name: from other PC enter the computer name of MSSQL Server 2. Enter Database 3. Enter User Id 4. Enter Password 5. Click OK to go to company selection

8 Select Environment In the Environment field select Biztrak DB 2. Click OK to continue.

9 Select Company Select from available Company that you are going to work at. 2. Click OK to continue.

10 Main Menu 1 1. Menu Options Setup, Transaction, Reports, Utilities, Window, Exit. 2. Userid, server-name, database, and Company selected for Giro Interface. 2

12 Company Setup 1. Enter Address. Maximum 3 lines. 2. Select Company Logo File. Default to blank logo. 3. The system keep the last server name in this field. 4. Click Update to save the changes

13 System Parameter This is the place where you setup some parameter to control the Giro Interface Processing System; such as: 1. Branch code, Company CIF# etc..

14 Parameter Set these to Yes. 2. Enter the default Giro output folder. 3. Press Browse button to choose folder. 4. Branch Code, Company CIF# and Company A/C needed in Giro Interface Header. This codes to be given by OCBC bank. 5. Enter default Debit A/C no. nad Bank Charges Debit A/C no. separated currency by a - dash. 5

17 To filter by Supplier enter the Supplier code or select from lookup button. 2. Reference field filter criteria with % wild card searching. eg. %Batch 2/% will filter any reference contains Batch 2/ characters. 3. Tape Id; in case to send multiple Giro interface files in one day, this tape id must be difference on each creation of Giro Interface file. 4. Click Retrieve to display selected records into list-view. 5. Press this button to select all transactions from the lists. 6. Press this button to un-select all transactions from the lists. 7. Or select individual records by clicking the check box. 8. Click this button to generate selected transactions into Giro interface text file.

18 Beneficiary Name and Bank Routing Id or are mandatory fields. If systems found out that these fields information are missing it will prompt a message to let the user know about it. It will grey out the Generate Giro File button. Rectify the problem, then 2. Click OK button to clear the message. 3. Rectify the problem when ready click Retrieve button to try again.

19 1. The supplier in question will has his Beneficiary Name field or Bank Routing Id default to *** Not Found ***. 1

20 1. If everything is OK after clicking Generate Giro File, it will show a message telling you that a Giro Text file has been created.

21 1. Once successful posted the write-off transactions will be deleted from the lists, so that it will not be selected from posting again.

22 1. Once successful created the file can be found here.

26 Select range of transaction date. 2. To filter by Supplier enter the Supplier code or select from lookup button. 3. Click Retrieve button to display selected records into listview below. 4. Press this button to select all transactions from the lists. 5. Press this button to un-select all transactions from the lists. 6. Or select individual records by clicking the check box. 7. Click this button to generate selected transactions into Rentas & TT interface text file. 7

27 1 1. To edit selected/highlighted record, double click the row to open up details information for this transaction.

28 1 2 This screen will show the record in more details. It is similar to the OCBC on-line Rentas & TT entry. To update the changes made click this Save button. To cancel changes made click this button.

29 This screen will show the TT transaction.

30 1. If everything is OK after clicking Generate Rentas & TT File, it will show a message telling you that a Rentas & TT Text file has been created.

31 1. Once Generated the systems will mark those posted/interfaced transactions to POSTED. The transactions will not be selected for interface.

32 1. Once successful created, the file can be found here.

33 1. Inside the output Rentas & TT Interface file.

34 Set Post/Interface Flag

36 Select range of dates. 2. Tick for posted records. 3. Select individual records or, 4. Click Select All records button. 5. To un-select records click UnSelect All button. 6. Click Set To UnPost button to set selected records to Un-post.
