1 CONFERENCING & COLLABORATION WEB CONFERENCING CISCO WEBEX CLOUD CONNECTED AUDIO How to Update Previously Scheduled Meetings to CCA SP Audio Once WebEx Cloud Connected Audio is enabled on your Cisco WebEx account, you will need to update the join information for your previously scheduled meetings. The instructions included in this guide have been broken down depending on how and what type of meeting was scheduled. Additional steps have been included for Personal Room sessions. 1. Open the appointment in Outlook and click on the Cancel WebEx Meeting button. Then select the Save (disk) icon in the upper left hand corner to remove the old audio and WebEx join information from the appointment. For scheduled Personal Room sessions, click on the Cancel Personal Room button. Then select the Save (disk) icon in the upper left hand corner to remove the old audio and WebEx join information from the appointment. 2. Once the old join information has been removed, select the Add WebEx Meeting button to reschedule the WebEx portion. Otherwise, be sure that you choose to edit the entire series when doing so. This will ensure that the changes made will filter down to future meetings under the same meeting number. Log into your WebEx site and under the Meeting Center Session Type

Log into your WebEx site and under the Meeting Center Session Type tab select the My Meetings link on the left hand side of the page. 2. Locate the meeting you want to update and click on the meeting Topic. 3. On the meeting information page that appears select the Edit link. 4. 5. On the Audio Conference Settings window that appears expand the Select conference type drop-down menu, select WebEx Audio, and click on the OK button. 6.

Log into your WebEx site and under the Event Center Session Type tab select the Site Events link on the left hand side of the page. 2. Locate the meeting you want to update and select the meeting Topic. 3. On the Event Information page that appears select the Edit Event button towards the bottom of the page. 4. On the Edit Event page that appears scroll down to the Audio Conference Settings section and expand the Select conference type drop-down menu, then select WebEx Audio, and click on the Update This Event button.
