1 Mitel Global Education Services Price List option 6, option 2 Training Formats Mitel provides training in several formats for each product in order to address the various learning styles and budgets of our students. From traditional leader-led classroom instruction to self-study training completed entirely online, we have a solution to fit your training needs, budget and schedule. Training Price List Contents Only billable training courses are shown in this Price List. Training courses that are offered at no cost to our Partners, Providers, Distributors and End Users are not shown (e.g. update courses, desktop training). Please refer to Learning Maps for details on available courses for Mitel Products. Format Description Format Description Hands-on learning using state-of-the-art equipment (for technical classes). A trained instructor facilitates the learning. Used for challenge tests. Testing is completed online. 10 s We Can Deliver On-Site Are: MiVoice Business Core I&M (5 day class, maximum 10 students) MiVoice Business Networking, Clustering and Resiliency (NCR) I&M (4 day class, maximum 5 students) I&M (5 day class, maximum 10 students) Mitel Will: * Provide instructor * Provide equipment, with the exception of student laptops * Provide all documentation Customer Will: * Provide a proper training facility * Provide a laptop for each student (in some onsite classes student will need to load software on their laptop to participate in class, please check with instructor prior to class if software will need to be installed.) * Provide connectivity * Have a contact be available the Sunday prior to class start date to meet instructor for equipment set up (set up takes approx. 3 hours). * Four weeks prior to class start date provide the following information to Global Education Services (technical_training@mitel.com): o First/Last name of all students attending class with their addresses. o Ensure that all students have their Mitel Connect account o Ensure all students have training accounts on Mitel s Learning Management System (Absorb). o Ensure all students complete al proper prerequisites for class. o Send address and contact name of where training will take place (required to ship equipment and course documentation). o Send information for a recommended hotel for the Mitel instructor. Cost: * fee is $22,000 per week. Note: Additional shipping costs will apply for courses conducted outside continental USA or Canada, please contact us for a quote. * Includes instructor s expense, documentation and equipment. * Class is confirmed ONLY when Global Education Services has received payment/po for onsite class. The support team will send an confirming the onsite class once payment has been processed. Cancellation Policy: * Cancel within 5 business days before class, 100% of total course fee and travel expenses. * Cancel within 10 business days before class, 50% of total course fee and travel expenses.
