Actionscript Development o As member of the multimedia team from I developed many of the tools used on ford.com and Lincoln.com that provided interactivity to the sites prior to HTML being introduced as the primary technology. I remained on the team as creative technologist to identify technical opportunities and transition tools from AS3 to HTML based technologies. JWT Detroit ( Oct July 2007 Actionscript Development o As member of the multimedia team from I developed many of the tools used on ford.com and Lincoln.com that provided interactivity to the sites prior to HTML being introduced as the primary technology. MCGILL DIGITAL SOLUTIONS ( Nov Oct Development Team Lead / Creative Technologist Key successful projects included: Vehicle Information Center ($2.5M Kiosk Flash, Java and.net development). I was the senior UI developer for this project. Phoenix Kiosk Program ($250K budgeted project XML driven multimedia interface system, Custom presentation components and data feed consumption). Mercedes Ad Planner ($250K flash application for delivery of Mercedes Ad templates to dealers) elearning Development Platform ($6M per year development platform for designers to accelerate their efforts to produce LMS based elearning content). I led all development efforts for my team (13 team members). I worked with both offshore and local teams of developers. Key requirements of my role at McGill were organization, coordination and tracking of projects with budgets ranging from $30K - $2million. My position as team lead was a working position, and when required I would consult and propose solutions for different web technologies, including Java,.NET, Delphi and Mobile Platforms. I acted in a lead role for a number of our key efforts and consult for multimedia related requirements in my capacity as a web developer.

( May Nov Creative Technologist I developed RIA applications for consumption of server technologies incorporating separately PHP and ASP online applications developed in-house to service the needs of our client base. Versions used depend on our client requirements. Client sites: I worked with our team to develop an LMS (Learning Management System) SCORM 1.2 compatible with ability for rollout on Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP platforms and concurrently MS SQL Server/ASP (cross development process functional equivalence). Major projects: I created Kiosk-based Time and Attendance system with online reporting and payroll submission. In this project I acted as Project lead, design, programming & database design. I used Macromedia Flash MX for the kiosks front-end, ASP on server side, and MS SQL Server for data. 22 factories across Canada and USA utilize the software that I directed development on. Additionally, I completed these projects while at Crane. The Development Team Leader s primary responsibility is to lead McGill s technical construction staff with the experience and advice required to complete challenging development projects. The Development Team Leader advises the Construction Director on progress, issues, challenges and goals of technical construction. The Development Team Leader also leads project team efforts to analyze designs, build/code, configure, test, install and deliver complex, innovative, and strategic technology solutions. A Development Team Leader leads and mentors his/her peers.
