1 Module 1: Introduction to Informatica Cloud B2B Gateway Lab 1-1: Lab Environment Setup Verify Informatica Cloud B2B Gateway Components in ICS Scenario: In this lab, you will log in to ICS org and verify whether the Informatica Cloud B2B Gateway components are enabled. If enabled, you will configure the Informatica Cloud B2B console. Objective: To verify Informatica Cloud B2B Gateway components in your ICS org and configure the Informatica Cloud B2B Gateway console. Duration: 30 Minutes. Overview: At a high level, you will perform the below mentioned tasks: Log in to Informatica Cloud Verify Informatica Cloud B2B Gateway license in ICS Log in to Informatica Cloud B2B Gateway console Configure Organization Cloud Setup Module 1: Introduction to Informatica Cloud B2B Gateway 1

2 Tasks: 1. Log in to Informatica Cloud: a. Open a web browser (recommended: Google Chrome/Firefox). b. Enter the URL mentioned below to open the Informatica Cloud Login page: c. Enter your Informatica Cloud login credentials. Click the Log In button. Note: The next task (Task 2) can be performed only if you have been assigned administrative privileges in your ICS Org. 3 2. Verify Informatica Cloud B2B Gateway license in ICS: a. Go to Administer > Licenses. b. On the Licenses page, scroll down to the Application Licenses section. c. Under Application Licenses section, verify that Mappings is listed. Module 1: Introduction to Informatica Cloud B2B Gateway 3

4 d. Scroll down to the Feature Licenses section. e. Under Feature Licenses section, verify that DT XML Processing is listed. f. Also, verify that the Maximum Concurrent Sessions under REST API License Details is set to maximum, for example, 100. g. Scroll down to the Connector Licenses section. h. Under Connector Licenses section, verify that B2B EDI Gateway and B2B EDI Gateway Endpoint are listed. Module 1: Introduction to Informatica Cloud B2B Gateway 4

5 i. Scroll down to the Bundle Licenses section. j. Under Bundle Licenses section, verify that EDI Gateway is listed. Module 1: Introduction to Informatica Cloud B2B Gateway 5

6 k. Scroll down to the Packages section. l. Under Packages section, verify that following packages are assigned: i. B2BProcessor ii. DataTransformation iii. B2BEDIGateway iv. UDTforHierarchy Note: You have successfully verified that the CB2B components are enabled in your ICS org. Module 1: Introduction to Informatica Cloud B2B Gateway 6

7 3. Log in to Informatica Cloud B2B Gateway console: a. Enter the URL b2bgateway.informaticacloud.com on a new tab of your browser. Note: You will be guided to the Login page of the Informatica Cloud B2B Gateway Console. b. On the Login page, enter your ICS credentials and click Log In. c. A license agreement window will appear. You must agree to the Terms and Conditions to proceed. d. An Organization Cloud Setup window will appear. Note: If the Organization Cloud Setup window does not appear automatically, click the Settings (Gear) icon on the top right corner of Informatica Cloud B2B Gateway console and select Organization Setup. 8 4. Configure Organization Cloud Setup: a. Enter your ICS Org credentials and select the secure agent group from the Runtime Environment dropdown. Module 1: Introduction to Informatica Cloud B2B Gateway 8

9 b. From the X12 Interchange Qualifier dropdown, select ZZ Mutually Defined. c. In the X12 Interchange ID field, enter Module 1: Introduction to Informatica Cloud B2B Gateway 9

10 Note: The values for X12/EDIFACT Interchange Qualifier and Interchange ID are generally fixed for an organization before the partner onboarding in Informatica Cloud B2B Gateway. These values should match with the respective values in the files to be shared with your partners. An example file is shown below d. Create a folder CB2B_Files in the C: drive of the Runtime Environment machine. e. Go back to the Informatica Cloud B2B Gateway console. f. In the Document Store field on the Organization Cloud Setup window, enter the complete path to the CB2B_Files directory. That is C:\CB2B_Files.
