Any person handling assembly, operation, maintenance or repair of the product, must read, understand and follow these instructions. Langmatz GmbH accepts no liability for damage and operating malfunctions resulting from non-observance of these instructions. The product "underground distribution system EK800" corresponds to the latest state-of-the-art of technology at the time of printing of this guideline and is delivered in operationally safe conditions. Modifi cations to the product without the manufacturer's prior consent are not permitted. Langmatz GmbH warns against misuse. 14 15. Material defects Langmatz shall assume liability for material defects in terms of 434 BGB (German Civil Code) of 24 months, starting from the date on the purchasing receipt, for the EK800. Within the scope of liability, all parts damaged by manufacturing faults or material defects shall be replaced or repaired free of charge. The purchaser shall submit deficiency complaints in writing without delay. Claims for damages by the purchaser due to material damage or whatever legal reason shall not be accepted. Our liability does not include any damage or defects caused by - incorrect use, - natural wear and tear or - the intervention of third parties. We accept no liability for damage caused by force majeure or transport. Repairs due to a deficiency complaint shall not extend the warranty period for the replaced parts or the product. By choosing the EK800 you have purchased a high-quality product corresponding to stateof-the-art of technology.
