We have vast experience in harness layout, and have full capabilities in design, prototype and production. All types of machined prototyping can be provided in house, with use of our first rate metal fabrication workshop. We can also produce high quality printed circuit boards, creating tailored solutions to meet the clients exact requirements. Quality Control With current ISO 9000/9001 and 2001 accreditation for quality management, we are currently working towards TS 16949, to assure manufacturing is to global automotive industry standards. We are devoted to accomplishing high standards through tried and tested methods that ensure repeatable results from the outset through to assembly. All of our products, whether produced in house or sourced externally, go through vigorous quality assurance checks before they are released to market to ensure they are all in good working order. Product Testing Constant in depth testing guarantees that cost and time are monitored and kept at a minimum throughout the development stages, enabling us to produce better-engineered solutions.
