ENTER THE VEHICLE DETAILS INTO THE TABLE SHOWN BELOW, AN EXAMPLE IS SHOWN IN RED. THE FILTER CAN HAVE AS MANY/FEW CRITERIA ENTERED AS REQUIRED. JUST MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO SPACES AT THE START OR END OF ANY OF THE FIELDS ABC AB10CDE YOU CAN USE REG. NUMBER AS A SEARCH CRITERIA. ENTER THE REG WITHOUT SPACES MANCHESTER TICK BOXES FOR BRAND AS REQUIRED M CLASS M320 PORTBURY AVL
6 SEARCH TIPS: THE * SYMBOL CAN BE USED AS A WILDCARD IN A SEARCH *464 IN THE LAST VIN FIELD WILL RETURN EVERY VEHICLE WITH THE LAST THREE DIGITS MATCHING FOR EXAMPLE. *464* WILL FIND THAT STRING ANYWHERE IN THE FIELD FOR EXAMPLE. ALTERING THE SCOPE FROM THE DROP-DOWN MENU WILL ALLOW YOU TO VIEW VEHICLES FOR EITHER YOUR OWN DEALERSHIP, YOUR OWN DEALER GROUP OR ALL THE VEHICLES ON THE WEB PORTAL. The STATUS CAN BE ENTERED AS EITHER THE SHORT CODE OR THE FULL WORD: AVL OR AVAILABLE CLICK THE BUTTON TO VIEW THE RESULTS. RESULTS NAVIGATION: CLICK ON COLUMN HEADINGS ONCE TO SORT IN ASCENDING ORDER AND AGAIN TO SORT IN DESCENDING ORDER. CLICK ON A PAGE NUMBER TO NAVIGATE TO A PARTICULAR PAGE OF THE RESULTS. CLICK ON A COMMISSION NUMBER TO BRING UP THE VEHICLE DETAILS ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE SCREEN. 5
7 EXPORTING DATA TO A SPREADSHEET: THE RESULTS OF A FILTER CAN BE EXPORT TO AN EXCEL SPREADSHEET BY CLICKING THE BUTTON. THIS WILL OPEN UP THE FOLLOWING WINDOW: click OPEN AND ONCE THE SPREADSHEET HAS BEEN OPENED, THERE ARE TWO TABS AVAILABLE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE WORKSHEET (SHOWN BELOW). THE SEARCH PARAMETERS TAB SHOWS THE CONDITIONS USED TO OBTAIN THE CONTENTS OF THE SEARCH RESULTS TAB. 6
8 VEHICLE DETAILS PANE: CLICK ON THE OWNER DEALERSHIP NAME TO SEND THEM AN (WHERE AVAILABLE) CLICKING ON THE STATUS WILL OPEN A NEW WINDOW DISPLAYING THE STATUS HISTORY. IF THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN CALLED OFF, DETAILS OF THE USER WHO HAS REQUESTED THE CALL-OFF ARE DISPLAYED. THIS WILL ALSO INCLUDE THE DELIVERY STATUSES AS THEY PROGRESS. MILEAGE DATA IS INCLUDED. THIS IS UPDATED BY CDMP. AS THE VEHICLE STATUS CHANGES THROUGHOUT THE DELIVERY PROCESS THE DATES ARE POPULATED IF THERE ARE ANY DOCUMENTS SAVED AGAINST THE VEHICLE, THE NUMBER OF DOCUMENTS AGAINST A VEHICLE WILL BE DISPLAYED. 9 CALLING-OFF VEHICLES FOR DELIVERY: SELECT A VEHICLE TO BE ADDED TO THE CALL-OFF LIST SIMPLY BY CLICKING VEHICLE DETAILS PANE. THIS WILL ADD THE VEHICLE TO THE VEHICLE CALL-OFF LIST IN THE RIGHT HAND PANE. IN THE 8
10 FROM THIS SCREEN YOU CAN EITHER: CLICK DIRECTLY ONTO ANOTHER COMMISSION NUMBER FROM THE LEFT HAND PANE TO ADD MULTIPLE VEHICLES TO THE CALL-OFF LIST. OR DELETE VEHICLE(S) FROM THE VEHICLE CALL-OFF LIST USING THE BUTTON OR CONFIRM THE VEHICLE (S) TO BE CALLED-OFF, BY CLICKING ON THE BUTTON. ONCE THE VEHICLE CALL-OFFS HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED, AN WILL BE SENT TO THE USER AS FURTHER CONFIRMATION OF THE CALL-OFF. 9
11 TRANSFERRING VEHICLES TO OTHER DEALERSHIPS: USE THE BUTTON AND ENTER THE NEW DEALER CODE TO TRANSFER THE VEHICLE INTO THAT DEALERSHIPS STOCK LIST. THE TRANSFER FUNCTION IS ONLY AVAILABLE ON VEHICLES BELONGING TO THE USER S DEALERSHIP. 10
12 ENTER THE DEALER CODE OF THE DESTINATION DELAERSHIP INTO THE NEW DEALER BOX AND CLICK NEXT. YOU WILL THEN BE ASKED TO CONFIRM YOUR CHOICE. PRINT: USING THE BUTTON AT ANY POINT WILL PRINT OUT THE VEHICLE DETAILS PANE TO YOUR DEFAULT PRINTER. 11
13 ATTACHED DOCUMENTS: SOME VEHICLES WILL HAVE ELECTRONIC COPIES OF THE DELIVERY DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE TO VIEW ONLINE USING THE VISION WEB PORTAL. YOU CAN SEE IF A VEHICLE HAS ANY DOCUMENTS ASSOCIATED FROM: SEARCH RESULTS TABLE THERE IS NOW A COLUMN IN THE RESULTS TABLE; DOC. IF THERE ARE DOCUMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH A VEHICLE THERE WILL BE A Y IN THE DOC FIELD AS SHOWN BELOW: VEHICLE DETAILS PANE THERE IS NOW AN ENTRY ON THE VEHICLE DETAILS PANEL FOR DOCUMENTS AS SHOWN BELOW: VIEWING ATTACHED DOCUMENTS: TO VIEW ATTACHED DOCUMENTS, CLICK ON THE BLUE TEXT x documents attached. THIS WILL OPEN A NEW WINDOW OR TAB ON YOUR INTERNET BROWSER WHICH WILL LOOK LIKE THE ONE BELOW: CLICK THE ADOBE ACROBAT ICON OR THE DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION TEXT TO DOWNLOAD THE FILE. YOU MAY BE PROMTED TO EITHER VIEW OR SAVE THE FILE. CLICKING THE PRINT OPTION WILL PRINT THE LIST OF DOCUMENTS ATTACHED AS SHOWN ON THE SCREEN, BUT NOT THE DOCUMENTS THEMSELVES.
