Multi-customer-licenses are no longer available. bcptoolkit Use bcpdevkit and bcpchecker for your projects. bcpdevkit Create your custom BCP package! Do you have a very particular migration project and need to develop a custom import with BCP? The bcpdevkit is a well-tested and often used.net library that makes it very easy to create your own BCP package. It also includes a ready-made sample. Start building your BCP package right away! bcpchecker Last adjustments and final checking! The bcpchecker lets you preview and edit your BCP package before it is imported into Vault, preventing errors often found after hours of processing. It displays the content of the package in a Vault-like UI and lets you navigate through the folder structure to check your files. Can I have the software delivered on a hardware media like a CD-Rom? The software will be delivered as download only. How can I purchase the software? 8 How long does it take to get the license for the product purchase? You will get the license/subscription usually within 24 hours (business day, CET, excluding public holidays) after your order has been placed. How can I pay for the purchased software? The payment can be done via bank wire, PayPal or credit card (via PayPal). The account information can be found on the invoice. What is the payment period? Payments must be settled within 15 days after the invoice date. How can I activate my software? You enter the serial number you received with the license/subscription in the activation window. The activation is done automatically via Internet and can be done anytime. Alternatively, a manual activation via is possible, which will be processed within 24 hours (business day, CET, excluding public holidays). I ordered but did not receive my licenses yet. 9 License types What types of licenses does coolorange sell? Subscription powerjobs, powergate Server and Client, clever and myfile are sold as a subscription, with 12 months of usage permission. Beyond the purchased period the subscription must be renewed. Subscriptions can be used during the purchased period in the most current and all former versions. 10 Perpetual License mightybrowser and the migration tools bcptoolkit, vaultruler and dataloader are sold as a Perpetual License. It entitles the buyer to use the purchased software with no time limitation. The license will be issued in the current version and can be used as this purchased version and all former. Support, bug fixes and enhancements are granted for the supported lifespan, for the most current version and the two immediately preceding. Can I align the duration of a subscription to other licenses? Yes, you can align expiration dates of your subscriptions or legacy maintenance plans. Please communicate the desired expiration date. Our licenses always expire on the end of a month. Can I purchase a subscription for several years? Yes, just order the subscription for the desired period. The price will be multiplied. How can I buy an upgrade? Subscriptions can be used for the purchased period. All upgrades within this time are included. Perpetual licenses are valid for the licensed version and former. In order to upgrade to a newer version, the product shall be purchased as a new license for the latest available version. Intermediate versions can be skipped. Legacy customers with running maintenance plans have the permission to renew the maintenance plan within the expiration date according to coolorange s conditions. Will I be informed when my license is going to expire? Yes, you will get several alerts within 90 days prior to expiration. notifications will be sent to the primary contact on file for the purchaser (either the Reseller or customer). Please keep contact information up to date for notification. The expiration date can be found on your license certificate. 11 Supported lifespan coolorange products are always sold in the current version and are backwards compatible at least for the two immediately preceding versions, if supported. coolorange Support shall only be provided for the most current version of a product and the two immediately preceding (full) versions of that product. coolorange products work as plugins to Autodesk products. The version name of coolorange Software depends on the Autodesk software they are used with.
