NEW PRICE for powerjobs Process automation, as to create PDFs at validation, receive notifications or perform centralized printing with powerjobs is worth lots of hours saved per employee. New features to powerjobs process automation capabilities over the past four years requires a price increase to ensure continuous improvements. The price for powerjobs has been increased to 800 Euro. Subscription for all products! Subscribe to mightybrowser The Inventor plugin mightybrowser is available as subscription, now. mightybrowser updates Inventor browser names, reflecting those iproperties that matter to the customer: the components can be easily recognized in the Inventor browser. mightybrowser works for both, Inventor stand alone and in combination with Vault. New SKUs and subscription terms for Data Migration Tools Due to overwhelming requests from our resellers and customers, beginning April 1, 2018 all coolorange products will be available as a subscription. Subscription terms for Data Migration Tools vary based on the product purchased, they are available as 3-month or 12-month subscription, for single- or multi-site. See pricing for details and new SKUs. End of support of 2016 As of March 31, 2018, support, bug fixes and enhancements for all coolorange products that work with Autodesk 2016 product releases and older, have terminated. 8 FAQs Before purchase How does the trial version work? Trial terms vary based on the coolorange product. Some products are fully functional but limited for 30 days. Yes, the activation can be done anytime, before or after the trial period expiration. Order/delivery/billing How will the software be delivered? The software will be delivered as download only. The software or download link can be found on the coolorange website. Download the demo version and activate it with the acquired license. Can I have the software delivered on a hardware media like a CD-Rom? The software will be delivered as download only. How can I purchase the software? You can place your order through your trusted reseller, or alternatively via our purchase order form available on our website or directly via mail to order@coolorange.com. Further information can be found on the order form. Do I have the right to return the product after purchase? Any software purchased online directly from coolorange and successfully downloaded are ineligible for return. Who can I contact for questions about my order? 9 How long does it take to get the license for the product purchase? You will get the license/subscription usually within 24 hours (business day, CET, excluding public holidays) after your order has been placed. How can I pay for the purchased software? The payment can be done via bank wire, PayPal or credit card (via PayPal). The account information can be found on the invoice. What is the payment period? Payments must be settled within 15 days after the invoice date. How can I activate my software? You enter the serial number you received with the license/subscription in the activation window. The activation is done automatically via Internet and can be done anytime. Alternatively, a manual activation via is possible, which will be processed within 24 hours (business day, CET, excluding public holidays). I ordered but did not receive my licenses yet. 10 License types Subscription coolorange products are sold as a subscription. Beyond the purchased period the subscription must be renewed to have continued usage permission. Subscriptions can be used during the purchased period in the most current and all former versions. 11 Can I align the duration of a subscription to other licenses? Yes, you can align expiration dates of your subscriptions or legacy maintenance plans. Please communicate the desired expiration date. Our licenses always expire on the end of a month. Can I purchase a subscription for several years? Yes, just order the subscription for the desired period. The price will be multiplied. I purchased a data loading tool subscription for 3 months. I ll need it a few weeks more. What can I do? Just order another 3 months or switch to the 12-month subscription. How can I buy an upgrade? Subscriptions can be used for the purchased period. All upgrades within this time are included. Legacy customers with running maintenance plans for powergate server have the permission to renew the maintenance plan within the expiration date, according to coolorange s conditions. Will I be informed when my 3 months subscription is going to expire? The software itself will alert you that the subscription is going to expire. As the 3 months subscription is thought to be used in small projects without renewal we do not send reminders for this kind of subscription. Will I be informed when my 12 months subscription is going to expire? Yes, you will get several alerts within 90 days prior to expiration. notifications will be sent to the primary contact on file for the purchaser (either the reseller or customer). Please keep contact information up to date for notification. The expiration date can be found on your license certificate. 12 Supported lifespan coolorange products are always sold in the current version and are backwards compatible at least for the two immediately preceding versions, if supported. coolorange Support shall only be provided for the most current version of a product and the two immediately preceding (full) versions of that product. coolorange products work as plugins to Autodesk products. The version name of coolorange Software depends on the Autodesk software they are used with.
