Just add your text to our templates and you will have a functional and individual website ready for upload! Basic HTML and Flash skills are a plus but are not necessary to follow these instructions. All editing is done in the Data.txt file. Note: All variables start with the '&' symbol. You can erase the default / garbage text inserted into the template for demo purposes. 1. Back-up Before any changes are made to the template, the entire directory should be duplicated. 2

3 This step is easy to overlook but will be important if a mistake is made will editing the template. 2. Viewing the template after making changes Double click - index.html" contained in the directory named after the template. All variable changes will be reflected in the movie once the data file has been changed and saved. 3. To insert your company name Change the &header variable to equal your company name. Example: change the company name to "mayvik.com", the code should read "&header=mayvik.com". This will also be reflected after the copyright in the footer of the template. 4. To change the link names Change the content following the &link# with the content you want to be displayed. example: change link#1 to "Home", the code should read "&link#1=home" Note: The link number and body numbers should be the same. 5. To change the content for a link Change the content following the &body1 with the content you want to be displayed. example: change body1 to "This is the content for link1", the code should read "&body1=this is the content for link1" Note: The link number and body numbers should be the same. 6. Once the changes are finalized Save the Data.txt file with your changes. DO NOT change this file name or your template will not work. Maintain the file structure and upload all of the documents to root of your file server If this template is being used for desktop purposes or CD s or DVD s.
