2 1.0 REGISTRATION AND LOGIN 1.1 REGISTRATION प ज करण User: For submitting the proposal, a user agency has to register online at WOOD BASED INDUSTRIES MIS portal. 4 1.2 LOGIN Click on the 'Login' tab present at top in the Home Page Enter the User Name in the text box. Enter the Password in the text box. Enter the code shown in the Captcha image. 12 Figure-2.5 Click on View/Edit button to make any changes and page as shown in Figure 2.4 will appear. Click on the Confirm button in case no changes are to be done further by the Applicant and page as shown in Figure 2.6 will display. Click on Add Partner button in case there is any partner. 13 FILL MACHINERY DETAILS Figure-2.6 Select size(inches) and No. Of Machines under the Vertical Band saw column and then click on '+' sign to add the details. Select size(inches) and No. Of Machines under the Horizontal Band saw column and then click on '+' sign to add the details. Enter Annual Maximum consumption in the text box. Select the CheckBox before Terms & Conditions statement in order to accept the statement stated. Click on the Submit button and page shown in Figure-2.7 will display. मश नर क वववरण भर 13
