Campus the last date for receipt of tender is extend up to at 1200 hrs and will be opened on the same day at 1400 hrs. Based on the pre bid meeting held on the Schedule of Requirements to be read in succession to Part 2 of Tender Notice No. 41-2/2014-P dated General Schedule of Requirements Cameras should be of reputed make and origin. Preferred make: Axis, Sony, Bosch, Mobotix, Vivotek, Indigovision, American Dynamics, Honeywell. Preferred type: 1. Bullet Cameras -with IR 2. All weather IP 66/NEMA certified out door camera 3. Indoor Box camera with IR 4. Dome camera with IR 5. The NAS capacity to be formulated as per the number of cameras deployed and to be 100% one to one channels with minimum storage of one month. The system OS to be latest windows version or preferably Linux based embedded system. The system should be real-time monitoring and recording (video/ audio) from multiple network cameras of different makes. High quality H.264, MxPEG, MPEG-4, and M-JPEG recording and to be supported for recording from 1 megapixel to 6 megapixel as per the varied camera models. The storage solution should support complete recording features: schedule recording, alarm recording, alarm recording schedule, motion-detection recording, pre-alarm, and post-alarm recordings, etc. The storage facility to be calculated for one month as per the camera models and the calculation table to be furnished in the technical bid. Storage solution should allow remote management access and playback recordings by web browser, FTP, and Network Neighbourhood anytime, anywhere. Event notification on monitoring screen and event and system logs (include users' networking services and recording data access record) The system to support file security by digital watermarking. Display: professional display to run 24/7 basis.-preferred make: LG/ Panasonic/ Samsung/ Sharp/ Hitachi Power : UPS: preferred make: APC/GE/Merlin Gerin/libert/Powerware for Control room and edge switches as per the design. Network cables: Cat 6 with 23 Awg. Preferred make: Molex/Amp/systimax/Beldon/R&M OF cable : Single mode 12 core fiber Switches : 24 port POE with 2 SFP ports at edge level loaded with 2 GBIC module 10/100/1000. One switch each supporting two floors may be installed.

As per the details given under the Inspection of the site section of the original tender, the vendors are expected to create maps / diagrams detailing the fixtures and installations as per the plans proposed by them and supply along with the bid without fail. 2. All the hardware and software components of the solution provided by the vendor must be clearly mentioned along with detailed manuals / catalogues specific to the models mentioned in the solution. 3. Most importantly, the bidding parties must be prepared to conduct selective demonstration of the solution as per their plans to the satisfaction of CMFRI on a mutually convenient date on demand. 4. Warranty minimum One year & AMC support beyond the warranty also be mentioned. 5. Latest communication standard has IP based CCTV may be used. 6.
