25 8. Exporting data Data exports can only be performed for modified items. Not all the items will be exported at the same time, to make the processing less complex. Only the "OK" items are exportable, in other words OK CUs or LVs (see state of progress) whose validity date has not been exceeded (for exports outside the LACTALIS Group). 8.1 Catalogue The catalogue is an "exportable" sub-set of the BAC's data and allows, for example, the exporting of data from the BAC towards the AS400 and LACTALIS-V4. Tables are associated with this catalogue that correspond to the "mapping" between the BAC fields and the recipient system's fields. 8.2 Subscription basket The subscription basket query allows the defining of the selection to be made on exporting to a recipient, namely the list of records that will be sent. E.g. for the BRIDEL division, the list of all the BRIDEL division's items. Page 25 of 26
26 This query allows the automatic generating of the list of all the exportable items: 8.3 The subscriber or Recipient The subscriber is the export's target system, in other words the target that will receive the information exported by the BAC and integrate it within its system. Page 26 of 26
