3 Autodesk Vault 2018 Building on its strength of one vendor strategy Autodesk Vault 2018 addressed a large number of enhancements for the designers enabling a great usability within the CAD add-ins. A new capability to publish and share PDFs during the release process while protecting access for native engineering data has been introduced to support a better downstream communication to manufacturing and keep all teams on the same page. Finally new roles was added to allow global administrator to delegate tasks like security or Vault setting to other team members in the organization without assigning them to full administrative privileges.
