6 Intel s current plans (detail 1) 6 Application Developer's Guide: A guide for application vendors developing applications on top of CSSM. Adaptation Layer Guide: A guide for developers using the cryptographic adaptation layers to CSSM (e.g., PKCS#11 and BSAFE). Integrity User's Guide: A guide for developers writing applications that use the ISL and EISL services.

7 Intel s current plans (detail 2) 7 Plug-in Developer's Guide: A guide for toolkit vendors developing CL, DL, TP, CSP (or other) plug-ins to CSSM. Porting Guide: A guide for platform vendors describing how to port CSSM to their platform. Introduction to CDSA: A technical marketing document introducing the architecture, its benefits, and explaining how to use the architecture.

Security Survival, Go Solo2, DCE Today DCE-Today has contributions from 16 organizations each individually acknowledged plus a CD-ROM with sample applications. (see Contributors plan to use the book for their own promotional and other purposes.

9 Common Product Documentation 9 Common Documentation initiative Recognition by industry of the benefits and cost savings of having common product documentation shipped by all vendors Development of the Single UNIX Documentation (two versions) Methodology for handling product extensions All use the same (SGML) source
