3 Purpose: This User Manual explains the steps for accessing the application properly at the Directorate s website. 4 Procedures and Guidelines for G2G Services: 1) Who can access G2G Services online? Users of other department in the state of West Bengal or users of other states interested to view MIS. The users who sign up in this application, can only access the application. Only one user can be created under a department of a particular state. Pre-requisite for G2G Services: 1. Client computer must have the following components installed :2. Internet Explorer v8.0 or above. 3. Acrobat Reader 8.1 or above which can be downloaded from the link provided in the website Page 4 of 11

5 VISIT WEBSITES: Visit the Directorate's website: Below is the front page of the portal. After clicking on G2G Services link, the following screen will be displayed. Sign Up: Page 5 of 11

After clicking the link the following page will be shown to you where you have to enter details of the user & after filling up the form click on the Submit button to Register the user. **Note: Only one user can be registered under a particular department of a particular state. 7 LogIn: Now you have to LogIn with your UserId and Password. View Information: After Successfull LogIn the following screen will be shown to you. Page 7 of 11

8 Now to View Information please click on that specific link shown in the above mentioned page such as to ie i for atio regardi g Tra sit De laratio li k o Transit Declaration li k as sho above. **Note: You have to select at least one seach criteria among the three shown on the page. After clicking the link the following screen will be shown to you where you have to provide details of the specific Transit Declaration you want to view and click on the Submit button. After clicking on Submit button the following screen will be shown to you where you can view some primary information about the specific Transit Declaration. To go back to the home page click on Back button shown at left corner of the page. And anytime for Logging out from the application click on Log Out link on that screen. Page 8 of 11

9 If you want to vie all information regading that Specific Transit Declaration click on the Details button shown in the above picture. After clicking on the Details button a new tab will appear with detailed information regarding that Transit Declearation you want to view. Now if you want to print the Detailed information of that Transit Declaration click on the Print button. A new tab will be appeared to you with those information where you have click on the PRINT button again as shown below. Page 9 of 11

After clicking the link the below mentioned page will be shown to you where you have to provide the required information to change the password and click on Submit button.the password will be reset.
