3 Login to MACO Portal Click the internet explorer icon and type at URL section, the screen will be appeared as the below picture. Then fill in the User ID and Password and click Login :: User Manual Page 3 of 10

4 First logon or Password is expired 1. When you logon first time or your password is expired, system will let you to Change Password page. 2. Input Current Password, New Password and Verify Password. Then click Submit. 3. If you input correct, system will show result as below picture. 4. If you input in-correct, system will show cause of in-correnct as below picture. :: User Manual Page 4 of 10

5 Condition of Password Password should be changed every 45 days. At least 8 digits are necessary for the password. Fail to enter the password 5 times, it will be locked. Passwords up until 4 previous times cannot be reused. Your password should consist of a combination of alphabets (a-z, A-Z), numeric (0-9) and special characters (such as *,#,@,+) (Example abc1234@). Forgot Password If you can t remember your password, please click at Forgot Password, the system will ask you to fill your registered address. If the registered address is correct, the system will sent your log in password to your registered address. :: User Manual Page 5 of 10

6 MACO Portal Main Page After log in to the system, the screen will show main page of as below picture that show information (1) Login user profile (2) Web system list as permission and (3) System announcement. 7 Web system list as permission 1. System will show list of web application that you have permission, click link of system name that you want to access. Click link on system name 2. System will open web application as your selection. Link to go to MACO Portal and Logout 3. On web application, click MACO Portal if you want to go to MACO Portal again or click Logout to logout from web application. :: User Manual Page 7 of 10

8 System Contact 1. If you have any question about system, click System Contact. Click link on System Contact 2. System will open popup System Contact to show contact detail of each system. :: User Manual Page 8 of 10

9 Warning to change password before expired date 1. System will show warning message to change password before 14 days of expired date. If you want to change password immediately, click here. Click here to change password 2. System will let you to Change Password page. Input Current Password, New Password and Verify Password. Then click Submit. :: User Manual Page 9 of 10

10 Logout from MACO Portal 1. To perfectly close MACO Portal, click Logout. 2. System will finish logout by show login page of MACO Partal. Click Logout End of Document :: User Manual Page 10 of 10
