6 1. Introduction 1.1 Purpose of the OCD This document provides in detail, the shared visions and goals of the stakeholders of Scriptonomics. The success-critical stakeholders of this project are Tammuz Dubnov, as the project owner; the scriptwriters, directors, producers and other people related to film industry, as users; our team 7, as the developers. 1.2 Status of the OCD The status of the OCD is currently at the version 1.1. All sections were completed per the requirements of the Foundations Commitment Package(FCR). The business workflows for the proposed system were added and the Organizational and Operational Implications were specified. OCD_FCP_F17a_T07_V1.1 1

7 2. Shared Vision Our vision involves: Create a platform(blog) to give useful insight into the art, science, and business of screenwriting. Add to the brand value and recognition of Scriptonomics. 9 2.2 System Capability Description Scriptonomics is a script analytics tools for script writers to evaluate their script throughout the redrafting process. We are currently trying to build a blog for the Scriptonomics website. The blog is built using HTML 5, CSS and Bootstrap technology on the Django Framework. The blog works on any browser or device. The blog being developed is mainly targeted for script writers, produces and other people belonging to the film industry. The blog is an exclusive platform for the script writers to keep themselves updated with the latest trends in script writing, this makes it a one stop platform to analyze and know the latest trends. 2.3 System Boundary and Environment Figure 2: System Boundary and Environment Diagram of the blog OCD_FCP_F17a_T07_V1.1 4

10 3. System Transformation 3.1 Information on Current System Infrastructure There was an existing website for the Scriptonomics, but the blog we developed is completely new. There was no existing blog for the website. 16 3.4 Organizational and Operational Implications Organizational Transformations There was no blog system prior to this project. From an organizational structure point of view, there will be an owner for the blog, currently it is our client Tammuz. He will also be the maintainer of the project. In future, we have to hire a side admin to monitor the blog and a content developer to create new content for the blog Operational Transformations Not applicable because the project was built from scratch.
