10 Visual Design Studies OUTCOMES Completed 3 visual design studies, each one emphasizing a different product personality trait (professional, warm, confident). Applied visual design studies to a Level 03 Detail page based on an Intake Screener. Decided on a single direction to move forward. WHAT S NEXT Apply visual design direction to Intake & CALs screens Finalize this iteration of visual design direction in the form of a style guide

19 DesignOps/Component Library Governance Story Development DesignOps team will develop/refine stories Regularly scheduled sessions with all DS teams invited (we encourage participation by at least 1 designer and 1 dev from each DS team) DesignOps Product Management prioritizes stories Design stories are tagged with label design-ops design Development stories are tagged with label design-ops dev Acceptance criteria will include an Acceptance Step from DesignOps Product Management Sprint Cycles DesignOps sprints are offset from the DS teams by 1 week
20 DesignOps Story Auction The DOSA Bi-weekly meeting will be held with DS Team service managers/product owners Meeting will be after the end of the DesignOps sprint and prior to the DS teams' sprint planning DesignOps PO presents the coveted lots (prioritized stories) for DS team to sign up for
21 DesignOps Stories Where Our Stories Live: Start in DesignOps, then moved to DS team backlog(s) during the Auction Stories are then planned / worked in the DS team backlogs, and included in DS team sprint reviews Viewing stories across the various trackers can be done with a workspace (including all relevant DS team trackers) and searching for "label:designops*" Auctioned Story Acceptance Stories worked in DS team backlogs are to be (at least) final approved by DesignOps Product Management in conjunction with DS team Product Owner(s).
