5 A Logout hyperlink will be added to the CSCC Header, which will allow the user to log out of CSCC NOTE: When changing Preferences in the Preferences window, user can use the Logout button instead of closing the browser to save Preferences changes. As soon as the user clicks the Logout link, he/she will be reminded to save any uncommitted changes before he/she will be logged out of the current session, as well as any other concurrent sessions opened. 6 When searching CSCC, a minimum of 2 characters is needed for Customer Name, Install Site Name, and Bill-to Name The 2 character minimum applies when you: Enter 2 characters without a wildcard Example: CA Enter a wildcard (%) followed by 2 characters Example: %CA Enter 2 characters followed by a wildcard (%) Example: CA% NOTE: A minimum of three characters are required when conducting a wildcard search with a wildcard at the beginning and at the end of the search. 8 Display Partner Discount Dropdowns in Preferences A When the Display Partner Discount (Quote UI) dropdown is set to Yes, the Partner Discount checkboxes on the Quoting screen in Quick and the Quote Summary Details screen in Standard will default to being checked. If No is selected, the checkboxes will default to being unchecked. Reseller users will NOT see the Display Partner Discount dropdowns in Preferences or the checkboxes in the UI. B When the Display Partner Discount (Quote Download/Export) dropdown is set to Yes the Partner Discount checkboxes will default to being checked for the Download, Notify, and Export actions. If No is selected, the Partner Discount checkboxes will default to being unchecked. NOTE: This applies to new quotes only. If the user opens an existing quote, it will show what was selected during the creation of that quote, it will NOT pull from the current user preferences settings. NOTE: 2T Resellers should never have visibility to the Display Partner Discount dropdowns, even if they ve been granted access to Disti quote or upon report downloads. 18 The current Sample Invoice that is available from the hyperlink on the Quoting screen in Quick, the Quote Summary Details screen in Standard or from the Quote Action dropdown in Quote Manager and Advanced Search now allow additional statuses: A Sample Invoice is available for the following statuses: Invalid Orderable Valid Order In-progress Order Failed Submission Order Revalidated Order Submitted Conversion In-Progress Order Complete 2013 Cisco and/or its affiliates. 19 Users can download their Address Book from the Address Book popup from the Bill To or Install Site selector icons on the Quoting or Quote Summary Details screens A Click on the View Address Book: Bill To tab on the Address Book popup B Select Download My Address Book to download your address book into a modifiable excel file format. 21 Header level details will be included in attachment in the Quote Validation Report rather than the body Once you ve completed your Multiple Quote Upload, you will receive a Quote Validation Report with 2 attachments the MQU_QVR_Report and the MQU_Summary_Report. Information that was previously included in the body will now be included in the MQU_Summary_Report in order to de-clutter the body. 22 Multiple Quotes can be downloaded at once from the Quote Manager screen A Select two or more quotes from the quote table by checking the appropriate box. B Select Download from the Quote Actions dropdown and click Go. C A Multiple Quote Download popup will appear to download the quotes into the new Q3FY13 Download Template. 26 New Customized Quote Reports option is available from the Action dropdown menu in Quote Manager (cont d) A Customized Report popup will open where you can create a customized report by: Selecting specific columns to include in your report (similarly to the Column and Row selector) Changing the column order in your report Saving up to 25 report templates or 'configurations' at a time, which will be tied to your CCO user ID Deleting your configurations at any time Creating custom reports on the fly, i.e., without the use of a configuration Clicking on any column name to see its description Cisco and/or its affiliates. 30 Automated Error Resolution for Service Availability and Target Contract The Q3FY13 enhancement, Automated Error Resolution, has been expanded to apply preferred values to Service Availability and Target Contracts by determining available service locations and target contracts for each line that meets all of the various business requirements Service availability (SAM), contract, and date validations will be completed in a single validation to derive valid values for each line item selected, rather than fixing errors one validation at a time. Hard stop errors for target contract will automatically change the target contract to NEW and allow automation to continue. All Service Level errors must be resolved before the service availability errors can be automatically corrected Cisco and/or its affiliates. All rights reserved. Cisco Public 30

31 Automated Error Resolution for Service Availability and Target Contract CSCC will display the first occurring error for each validation group (SAM, contract and date) and apply the system generated value to the line with a status of Fixed on the Error Details tabs in both Quick and Standard in the Error Status column 2013 Cisco and/or its affiliates. 32 Three actions from the Error Details actions menu: Auto Fix, Global Mass Delete, and Mass Correction actions have been combined into one option on the Error Details Actions menu. The new action is called Error Correction. Clicking on the Error Correction action opens a new popup window with the individual actions. 33 Expand the desired section by clicking on the arrow and select an option(s) and click the Apply button for that section. 35 The Audit Log on the History screen in Standard will display additional columns, filters and line information to better identify what line was changed and why. 36 The Change History Report on the History screen in Standard will allow users to see what has changed on the quote and why. 38 Selected contract Bill To will be populated when selecting Add Uncovered Products to Contract or Extend Service Coverage from the Contract Summary Details screen When user selects Add Uncovered Products to Contract or Extend Service Coverage from the Contract Summary Details screen, the selected contract Bill To will be populated as the Reseller on the quote. When selecting a Single Contract: Selected contract s Bill To will be used. When selecting Multiple Contracts: The first contract s Bill To will be used. NOTE: Bill to ID will also be populated when using Extend Service Coverage from the Actions dropdown in Advanced Search and Contract Manager Cisco and/or its affiliates. All rights reserved. 40 When conducting a search in Contract Manager, the search will return up to 500 results on the UI. Results over 500 will be sent offline. When searching from Contract Manager, if the search results exceed 500 contracts, a message will be displayed at the header with a button to download the result set offline. A From the Advanced Search window, if the result exceeds 500 contracts, a popup will be displayed. B Enter a Request Name. At least 5 characters must be entered to enable the Continue button.
