2 Cisco Service Contract Center (CSCC) has a quoting functionality that allows you to manage your quotes. You can search for quotes by setting certain search filter criteria with the ability to perform multiple actions on the quote. 4 Navigate to Quote Manager Screen Log into CSCC. Roll mouse over Estimates/Quotes tab to open secondary menu. Click on Quote Manager to be taken to Quote Manager screen. Cisco Public 4

6 Quote Manager: Display Options Cisco Public 6

7 Selecting a Display Option Select what specific information you would like to view in the Quote Manager results. Quotes and Estimates Only quotes will be included in your results. Quotes Will return quotes that meet your filter criteria. Estimates This option is not available for the Distributor. It is only available for 1-Tier Partners. Cancelled Quotes Only Only cancelled quotes will return in your filter criteria NOTE: Channel will default to Distribution. Cisco Public 7

8 Opening a Quote from Quote Manager If the option, lways Show in Standard Flow is selected in user s preferences, the quote will always open in Standard quoting even if the quote was created in the Quick Quoting workflow. If not selected, the quote will open in the Quick flow if the quote is under 45 lines/5 install sites or if the quote is over 45 lines/5 install sites, the quote will open in the Standard flow. When user clicks on the Quote # hyperlink, their quote will open based on what is set in their preferences. Cisco Public 8

10 C Select Reseller ill To ID Click the picker icon and in the ill To Selector popup window, fill in Search Filters. Click Search for ill To and the results will appear under the Search Results tab or search address book by clicking on ddress ook tab. Select Reseller ill To ID radio button and click Select ill To(s). C Cisco Public 10

11 Created y, and Installed-t Customer and Site ID Created y Enter user CCO ID that created the quote. Installed-t Customer and Site ID - The End Customer name/id associated to the quote. If needed, use the picker icon and search for install site from Install Site Selector popup window. Triggers a popup window explained in next slide. Cisco Public 11

12 C Selecting Options within Install Site Selector Fill in Search Filters. Click Search for Site and the results will appear under the Search Results tab or search address book by clicking on ddress ook tab. Select Install Site and click Select Site(s). NOTE: ddress book is available for download from the ddress ook tab. Select Download My ddress ook to download your address book into a modifiable excel file format. C Cisco Public 12

13 Statuses To Include (Current Status of Quote Header) To filter by statuses, click desired box(es). Cisco Public 13

14 Quote Creation Source (Manual/User Quotes vs. utomatic Quotes) user can choose the creation source of the quote to filter either manual/user created quotes from CSCC, as well as automatically generated quotes (uto Quote). If a user would like to filter uto Quotes vs. manual/user created quotes, the user can use these checkboxes to filter the results. Note that uto Quotes are applicable to participants in the uto Quote Program. Cisco Public 14

15 Date Quoted, Last Modified, and mount Range Dates Date Quoted or Modified From/To The quote creation or modification date can be entered into text box(es) or by selecting date by using calendar icon. mount Range From/To The value of the quote can be entered into text boxes. Cisco Public 15

16 Distributor Distributor Distributor can be selected from dropdown menu. Only the distributors available to the user will be available in the dropdown menu. Cisco Public 16

17 C D Save as Default, Restore Defaults, and Set Filters Once your filter parameter(s) have been entered, select Set Filters. If you would like to save your current filter set to automatically appear upon logging into the Quote Manager, select Save as Default. To restore your default filters, select Restore Defaults. Once you have set your filters, your results will appear in the table below your filters. C D Cisco Public 17

19 and Setup PO Line Submission These quote action options will not be available for distribution quotes. They will be visible and if chosen, an error message will appear. - This functionality is not available for Distribution quotes from this page. Click on the quote number to open the quote and perform this action. Setup PO Line Reference - This functionality is not available for Distribution quotes. NOTE: The action to Reactivate can only be done from the dvanced Search option. Cisco Public 19

20 STEP 1: Select Quote(s) and Choose Cancel Select a single or multiple quote checkbox(s) from the Quote Manager results. Once you have selected quote(s), the ction dropdown will be activated. Select Cancel from the ction dropdown and click GO and a popup window will appear confirming option to cancel. Cisco Public 20

21 STEP 2: Cancel Confirmation Popup Window Select Yes to cancel quote(s), the screen will re-load with a message at the header of Quote Manager informing that the quote(s) has been canceled. Cisco Public 21

22 STEP 1: Select Quote(s) and Choose to Grant ccess Select a single or multiple quote checkbox(s) from the Quote Manager results. Once you have selected quote(s), the ction dropdown will be activated. Select Grant ccess from the ction dropdown and click GO and a Grant ccess popup window will appear. Cisco Public 22

23 C D STEP 2: Grant ccess Popup Window Enter a valid Reseller CCO User ID. Disti CCOs may not be granted access to quotes; they get implicit access just by being associated with the Disti on the quote. Set the Permission Level: View Only User can view the quote, but cannot make edits. View / Modify User can view the quote and can make edits. Revoke User will be unable to view or edit the quote. Enter the access egin and End Dates. You can enter the current date or any future date. (If a egin Date is not entered or selected, the egin Date is defaulted to today s date). If the End Date is not entered or selected, the End Date is defaulted to 180 Days (roughly 6 months) after the current date. Click 'Submit ccess' button and an is sent to the user who has been granted access to the quote(s). E NOTE: If the quote does not have a Reseller ill To ID, access cannot be granted/revoked. The Grant ccess popup window will NOT appear and a hard stop error popup window will be shown stating that the Reseller ill To ID must be entered prior to granting quote access. 24 Select Quote(s) and choose Proceed To Order Select a single or multiple quote checkbox(s) from the Quote Manager results. Once you have selected quote(s), the ction dropdown will be activated. Select Proceed To Order from the ction dropdown and click GO. NOTE: This option is only for users with the Disti Ordering/Purchasing, Disti dmin, and Internal CS Ops roles. Cisco Public 24

25 Select Quote(s) and choose Proceed To Order (cont d) n Order Quote popup will appear. Enter P.O. Number in the text box provided. C View Sample Invoice link will appear for quotes with a Valid Status. Click Submit Order. D fter clicking Submit Order a header level message will appear on the top of the Quote Summary Details screen stating that an order has been successfully been submitted. E C D E Cisco Public 25

26 STEP 1: Select Quote and Cancel Order Submission Select the Order Failed Submission quote(s) from the quote table. Use the Statuses To Include filter to easily identify and navigate to OFS quote(s). Select Cancel Order Submission from the ction dropdown and click GO. Cisco Public 26

27 STEP 2: Cancel Order Submission Popup Window Enter Order Submission ID or Failed Quote Numbers. Failed quote(s) and successfully passed quote(s) within the same Order Submission ID will be displayed. The failed quotes will be preselected for Quotes to Decouple. C Click Proceed To Cancel Order Submission button and a message will be displayed that OFS quote(s) have been decoupled from order submission. C Cisco Public 27

28 C Select Quote and Click View Sample Invoice Select checkboxes in Statuses to Include to easily filter and navigate to quotes. Select a quote from the quote table by checking the appropriate box. Select View Sample Invoice from the Quote ctions Dropdown and click GO. NOTE: You also have the ability to request a sample invoice report for multiple quotes that will be sent via . To view sample invoice for multiple quotes, select the checkbox for each quote to be included. Quotes selected must: e in the same status Have the same Taxability Value Not have Federal and Non-Federal Quotes included in the same combination Sample Invoices are available from the hyperlink for the following statuses: Valid Invalid Orderable Order In-Progress Order Failed Submission Order Revalidated Order Submitted Conversion In-Progress Order Complete C Cisco Public 28

29 Select Quote and Click View Sample Invoice For a quote less than 500 lines, a popup window appears allowing the user to select View My Invoice or View Reseller Invoice. address here will default from your CEC profile. For a quote more than 500 lines, the offline process pop up window will be displayed. To request a Sample Invoice with Quote details, the user would have to select the check box for Include detailed quote information and click Submit Cisco and/or its affiliates. ll rights reserved. 30 Multiple Quotes can be downloaded at once from the Quote Manager screen Select two or more quotes from the quote table by checking the appropriate box. Select Download from the Quote ctions dropdown and click Go. 31 Multiple Quotes can be downloaded at once from the dvanced Search window Select two or more quotes from the quote table by checking the appropriate box. Select Download from the ctions dropdown and click Go. 33 Customized Quote Reports option is available from the ction dropdown menu in Quote Manager Select a quote(s) from the quote table by checking the appropriate box. 34 Customized Quote Reports option is available from the ction dropdown menu in Quote Manager (cont d) Customized Report popup will open where you can create a customized report by: Selecting specific columns to include in your report (similarly to the Column and Row selector) Changing the column order in your report Saving up to 25 report templates or 'configurations' at a time, which will be tied to your CCO user ID Deleting your configurations at any time Creating custom reports on the fly, i.e., without the use of a configuration Clicking on any column name to see its description Cisco and/or its affiliates. ll rights reserved. 39 Navigate to Import Multiple Quotes Screen Log into CSCC. Roll mouse over Estimates/Quotes tab to open secondary menu. Click on Import Multiple Quotes to be taken to Multiple Quote Upload screen. Cisco Public 39

42 Selecting a Channel Detail Select what specific information you would like to view in the Import Multiple Quotes results. Channel Will default to Distribution for 2Tier users. Intended Use Will default to Resale for 2Tier users. C Taxability Select Internal Use, Resale or State/Federal or Direct Pay Permit Exceptions (This field is ONLY available for US and Canada, all others will see this field but it will be disabled). 44 Select Template to Upload Multiple Quote Upload template must be downloaded by clicking on the Download Template File (.xlsx) hyperlink. Select file type to upload the Multiple Quote template. Dropdown will default to.xlsx, however, if uploading a quote with more than 10,000 lines, you must select.csv. C Select file to upload from computer by clicking on the rowse button. Enter a Request Name to identify quotes uploaded (not mandatory). D Enter address to receive Quote Validation Report. 45 Multiple Quote Upload Template The template to upload multiple quotes at once includes additional header level attributes such as: Quote Reference Number user creates this to identify quote (mandatory) Quote Number for new, leave blank. For renewals or TE s enter existing quote number(s) (optional) ccess enter CCO ID of user you d like to be able to view the quote (optional) ENT SKU (optional) Deal ID (optional) epromo code (optional) Distributor ill-to-id (mandatory) Reseller ill-to-id (mandatory) Install Site Contact Information (optional) Reseller Contact Information (optional) NOTE: ll other fields in this template are existing in the single Upload Template Cisco Public 45

46 Import Multiple Quotes: Quote Validation Report Cisco Public 46

47 Select Report Values Select which details you d like to view in the Quote Validation Report by clicking on the following radio button: Report should include Invalid lines only. Report should include entire Quote (Valid and Invalid lines) Report should include Invalid and uto Deleted lines Click Continue. C message will appear above the header stating your Upload has been submitted and the Quote Validation Report has been sent. NOTE: y Clicking on Request ID you will be taken to Request Status screen (see next slide) C Cisco Public 47

48 On the Request Status screen, Multi Quote Upload will be shown in the Request Name column and in the Status column you will be able to see if the file upload has been completed or if it failed. NOTE: You can locate the quote with the as-is process through Quote Manager, Search/ dvanced Search, or the Dashboard. Cisco Public 48

49 Provided Information The quote validation supplies the following information: New body Upload Request Processing Parameters C Multiple Quote Details Old body This section from the QVR body will be included in the MQU_Summary_Report C NOTE: Lines will not be displayed in order in the Quote Validation Report. You will need to manually sort lines in the Excel document. NOTE: The Quote Validation Report can also be downloaded from the Request Status screen. Cisco Public 49
