6 OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS. All rates and services listed are subject to change. A signed contract is required in order to initiate project. The first payment is due upon booking to reserve spot and is nonrefundable. Ina Fox Creative reserves the rights to reproduce, publish and display the deliverables in our portfolio and websites, and any graphic design publications or other media for the purpose of recognition. Domain registration and web hosting is the responsibility of the client. However we can advice you on the domain hosting provider and help you to set up the website hosting. Website maintenance and updates are not included in any packages and will be billed at our hourly rate. Any changes made once the website is launched will be billed at our hourly rate of 75/hour. All projects will be invoiced electronically. All creative design suites are broken into standard three payments. First 50% deposit is due upon booking the services. Second 25% deposit is due upon design approval and the final 25% is due on the completion of the project. Website is launched once the final payment is received. We accept payments via bank transfer or credit card payments are accepted through secure processing provider - Stripe. 5.
