1 Use the below URL to access BASE Mobile Apps Insert the URL above in your browser, this will direct you to the BASE Mobile Apps Login Screen: Please sign in using your SSO single sign-on. Enter your LAUSD address and password. Click Sign-In. Page 1 of 13

2 The Launchpad will display tiles (see screen shot below). Accessing My Paystubs To access Employee Paystubs, click on the My Paystubs tile in the Launchpad. Page 2 of 13

3 My Paystubs page loads as shown below: The screen is divided into two sections. Left side of the screen displays a list of Pay Dates. Right side of the screen displays the Employee s Paystub for the current Pay Period. Employees can select any Pay Date from this list on the left side of the screen; this will load a respective Paystub. Employees can navigate through these dates by scrolling down or clicking on the side scrollbar. To load older Paystubs click on the area highlighted in red as shown in below screenshot. Page 3 of 13

4 You can search through the Pay Dates to go to a specific Paystub by typing the desired Pay Date in Search area. To go back to the Launchpad click the home button or back button ( ) next to the Paystubs heading on the top left of the screen. There is a helpful Open as PDF button on the bottom right corner of the page. Page 4 of 13

5 The PDF can be saved, printed, zoom-out/zoom-in with the help of below buttons. This allows you to download the Paystub in the selection screen for future reference. Page 5 of 13

6 Accessing Time Statement: To access the Employee s Time Statement, from the Launchpad click on the Time Statement tile. The Time Statement page displays as shown below: The screen is divided into two sections. Left side of the screen displays a list of dates by month. Right side of the screen displays the Time Statement for the selected month. The scrollbar allows the Employee to go up and down to select and display a Time Statement. Page 6 of 13

7 The PDF help menu allows the Employee to navigate through the PDF page, Zoom-in/Zoom-out, Print, Download etc. You can press the Home button or click on the back button ( ) to return to the Launchpad. Accessing Personnel Profile To access the Employee s Personnel Profile, click on the Personnel Profile tile on Launchpad. Page 7 of 13

8 The Employee s Personnel Profile page displays as shown below. It displays the Employees Name, Employee Number, Position and Dept. It also displays the Employees Permanent Address, Emergency Contact Information and Doctor s Information on file. To go back to the Launchpad click on the home or on the back button ( ) as shown below. Page 8 of 13

9 Accessing My W2 To access the Employee s W2, click on the My W2 tile in the Launchpad. It will load the latest W2 on the screen. Previous years will display on the left side of the screen for up to five previous years. You can click on any year to view/print your W2 for that year. Page 9 of 13

10 You can download, print, zoom-in/zoom-out with the options available on the PDF. You can navigate back to the Launchpad by clicking on the home button or back button ( ) as shown below. Accessing My Benefits To see the Benefit plan Employee is enrolled in, click on the My Benefits tile in the Launchpad. Page 10 of 13

11 The Employee s My Benefits page is displayed as shown below: Employee can view the details about their Health Plan, Life Insurance, Savings and Flexible Spending accounts. Employer Cost is what LAUSD is paying on your behalf. Click on the Link tab to be directed to the Provider website as shown below. The scroll bar allows the user to go up or down and to select and view the desired plan information. Page 11 of 13

12 You can navigate back to the Launchpad clicking on the home button or back button ( ) as shown below. The Employee can log-out from the application by clicking on the Log-Off button as shown below.
