2 SignA project SIGNA is the National Geographic Institute of Spain (IGN-E) web portal that displays the geographic information available, allowing, also, the users to query and analyze them. It also allows adding data from external sources through Standard Web Services. Different functionalities and Web Services types are provided. 2
