4 Introduction What follows in this training guide will be short and to the point, and is a step-by-step blueprint for getting do-follow backlinks from Google, who not only has a domain authority of 100, but also just happens to own and operate the Internet s dominant search engine at this time. This a simple system you can have up and running in as little as minutes from the time you finish reading through this guide, so you can start creating backlinks to your sites and videos and/or your clients sites and videos from none other than Google itself. IMPORTANT: Please be advised that while the blueprint you are about to consume appears to be working at the time of its writing, I cannot guarantee how long that will be the case because, as you know, the Internet and Google are always changing. In the interim, however, I believe (but again, cannot guarantee) it can work for the foreseeable future, especially if you and others each do their respective part by NOT: i) spamming; ii) sharing this guide and/or strategy with anyone; and iii) doing anything that may compromise the strategy. 5 GMM Backlink Strategy Important Notes): 1) If you did not read the Introduction on the previous page, stop now and read (and re-read) as it contains important information; and 2) As this is a bonus guide, I do not provide any support, which this strategy should not need anyway as it is literally step-by-step. If you re not sure what to do, please re-read the following blueprint and follow the steps as laid out. Okay, lets get straight to it: GMM Backlink Strategy GMM means Google My Maps, which are what you will be using with this strategy. Please note these are NOT the Google maps you see from time to time with various local search results, i.e., the Google 7-Pack. Rather, these are maps made and customized by you, either for your and/or your client s* purposes. The beauty of My Maps, at this time, is that you are able to create them and include keywords, links to sites, videos, Google My Business pages (G+), social sites, etc, turn the custom map from a private to a public one, which then can be indexed by Google and, in the process, provide do-follow backlinks for you and/or your client s digital assets. *As with anything else, you, and you alone, assume the risk of any and all SEO, including backlinking, strategy you perform on your client s site, videos and/or any other digital assets owned by your clients. This holds true for your own digital assets as well. Turn The Page For Step-By-Step Directions

6 Step-By-Step GMM Backlink Strategy Step #1 You must be logged into Google. Step #2 Go to the URL for Google My Maps, after which you will be at the following page: Step #3 Click Create a new map as shown here:

7 Step #4 In the My Maps search box, enter either i) Your business name; or ii) your client s business name as shown here: Comment: If you and/or your client do not have a Google My Business page ( GMB page and formerly known as Google+ page), the first/next thing you MUST do before continuing on with this strategy is to create your and/or your client s GMB page, which you should both have anyway. When setting up a GMB page, it is imperative to provide the correct name, address and phone number, and especially the address as Google will send you/your client a verification code in snail mail that must be entered into your/your client s GMB page account. Once verified, you may continue on with this strategy. The whole process should take you less than a week, so if you need to get this done, do it now! 8 As the above image indicates, for demo purposes only, after I entered Mall of America in the Google My Maps search box for Step #4, then clicked on the search magnifying glass blue button and the above image is a screenshot of the page I was sent to. Onto the next step. Step #5 Click on Untitled Map found in the upper left-hand side of the above image, and as shown here:

9 Step #6 After clicking on Untitled map in Step #5, the following page will open on your computer, which you should fill in as directed: If you can t read the content in the above image, it s reproduced here: Map Title Enter your primary keyword Description Box Insert: N - Name A - Address P - Phone Number Your Site URL Your YouTube/Other Video URL Your GMB/G+ URL Your Social Site URLs (optional) Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn Unique Article - Can be several hundred words long, INCLUDE primary keyword and LSI/secondary keywords (do NOT keyword stuff). Article is just like any other you'd create/have created for a PBN and/or other locations you place articles for backlinking purposes. NOTE: No hyperlinks allowed in this section, just naked links, which you can either type out or copy from browser.

10 When finished filling out the map Title and Description above, click Save. After clicking on Save in this step, you are sent to the following page, which you can then (optionally or as needed): i) Click on more to make any corrections or changes you want; ii) Click on Add layer to add a map layer, then retitle it using a secondary keyword; and/or iii) Click on Untitled layer and rename it to yet another secondary keyword.

11 Step #7 Click share as shown here:

12 Step #8 The image below is of the page you are sent to after clicking share in the prior step. When at this page, and before you do anything else, you MUST change who has access to your map by clicking Change as shown here: After clicking Change above, you will be at the following page, where you simply click on the Public on the web radio button, then Save as follows:

13 Step #9 After clicking Save in the last step, you are sent to the following page, where you i) copy the Link to share URL and ii) Click Done as shown below:

14 Step #10 i) Sign out of Google; and ii) paste URL you copied in step #9 into your browser, which sends you to a page that looks like this: As you can see above, I have created a unique map that includes my example s keyword (in title), NAP, site URL, demo video URL, GMB/G+ page URL and unique article (which can be up to 750 +/- words). And, as you can also see, my example now has links back to the various URLs i.e. backlinks from Google! IMPORTANT In the above image, you will see the top red arrow pointed to the URL in the browser*. You will want to copy, paste and save that URL somewhere safe for optional use, such as with a Private Blog Network (PBN), social signals, etc, which can help ensure your map is indexed (and indexed faster) and to get even more link juice and power from this already powerful strategy. *While this URL is very similar to the one you copied and pasted in step #9, it is easy to distinguish as it will always include the word viewer in it while the URL in step #9 has the word edit in it.

15 Step #11 Rinse and repeat, using different keywords, for more backlinks from Google to the same site, video etc. You can also use this strategy on different sites and videos. However, before you rinse and repeat this strategy, please first CAREFULLY READ the following: *Warning If you want to use this multiple times on a single website or video, whether your own and/or your client s, you will NOT want to create multiple maps from a single IP address, as that may leave a footprint to all your/your client s maps and, ultimately, backlinks. One possible way to resolve this potential issue may be through the use of proxies (if you know how to properly use I cannot assist you with this or any other support questions, so do so at your own risk). Alternatively, you may want to find someone on an outsourcing site, such as Odesk or Fiverr, by searching for someone with Google My Maps/Maps experience. Be sure to pay close attention to the gig description.
