2 What is Single Upload creation? Content creation by single upload method is a way to create an SKU in theseller Centre without doing any file uploads. SKU creation is done on the platform itself with going through differentsections to fill in different attributes that helps define the productclearly. 2

7 Step 2: Choosing category 2. Click on Category 2. At the category string section, select the category of the product you are creating, from the first level category to the deepest level. 3. Click Select once you have selected the deepest category string 3 7

9 Step 3: Filling in SPU information 2 3. Start with filling in the Brand name and Model number. These 2 attributes are mandatory to be filled for all product creation. 2. Next, fill in the SPU attributes that are displayed in this section. 3. Click Next to go to the next section Notes: - SPU attributes that are marked with * are mandatory to be filled. - SPU attributes are category specific, therefore you will encounter different attribute fields according to the category you have chosen 9
10 Step 4.: Filling in More details (Warranty information). Choose a Warranty Type from the dropdown menu (mandatory to be filled in) 2. Choose a Warranty Period from the dropdown menu 2 Notes: - As Warranty Type is a mandatory field for all categories, for categories that warranty is not applicable (eg: Fashion, Home and Living, etc) choose No warranty 0
11 Step 4.2: Filling in More details (Product name). Fill in the product name in the Name section Notes: - Product name should be in general form as you are going to define the variations (colour, storage capacity, size, etc) in the next section which is the sku attributes - Exception: For Fashion SKUs, it is okay to input the colour in the product name as colour is not part of the sku attribute for Fashion category
12 Step 4.3: Filling in More details (Highlights) Good quality product Durable material Unique design. Fill in the first 3 sections as they are mandatory th point and above are optional but it is recommended to have more than 3 product key feature points 2

To include video URL to be featured alongside the main images, insert the URL in the Video URL section 3. Click Next to go to the next section Notes: - Product description should not contain any clickable links that redirects customers to another page than Lazada - Only Youtube video URLs are recognized. Do not input any other URL besides Youtube 3

SKU will be created according to the sku description that you have chosen 2 3 Notes: - SKU description varies according to categories - Choosing more than one attribute is possible. Eg: Seller is selling a product that is black in colour with storage of 28GB, therefore seller will choose 2 values in the SKU description (Black and 28GB) 4

Click on the slider next to Available to toggle between available (Green), and not available (Grey) Notes: - SKU description varies according to categories - Choosing more than one attribute is possible. Eg: Seller is selling a product that is black in colour with storage of 28GB, therefore seller will choose 2 values in the SKU description (Black and 28GB) 5

17 Step 5.4: Filling in SKU & Image (Free items). Fill in Free Items to include the free items/promotions that comes with the main product Note: - Make sure that the quantity of the free item is noted clearly. - Preferably using the format of (quantity)x item 7

Fill in What s in the box (aka package content) to identify the exact items that are packaged together with the main product Note: - Make sure that the quantity of each item is noted clearly. - Be very specific on each item name - Preferably using the format of (quantity)x item 8
19 Step 5.6: Filling in SKU & Image (Package and product dimensions) 2. Fill in Package dimensions and weight (dimension of the courier package that you use to pack the product) - mandatory 2. Fill in Product Dimensions and weight (dimension of the product being sold) - optional 9

Using the image cropping tool, you are able to zoom in and out and move the canvas to perfectly align the product image. 3. Click Save and Close once satisfied with how the image is placed 4. Uploaded image will appear in the box. Hover on the image to access additional controls 5. Click Edit Next Sku to enter next SKU
21 Step 5.8: Filling in SKU & Image (Editing next SKU). Click Copy last SKU information to copy data from the previous SKU this is a feature if all the SKU share the same information 2. If SKU has different data, fillin all the sections as illustrated from Step 5. to Click Next to finish edit and submit product 2 2

The search suggestion section will display the available SPUs that had been created 5. Click on Preview to view the SPU information 6. Click on Sell yours to start content creation 26

60 . Copy listing Function: To create a duplicate SKU of the same product.seller would only need to populate the SKU attributes. 2 Steps:. Click Actions and choose Copy Listing 2. Seller will be directed to the SKU & Image page to choose the SKU attributes. 3. Click Advanced View to view all attributes. Fill in the required attributes and click Next 4. The SKU is saved 60
61 2. Editing content on certain pages Function: To ease sellers to edit the content on specific pages without clicking on Next and Back multiple times 2 Steps:. Click Actions and choose Edit details 2. Sellers can choose which page to edit by clicking on the page number at the top bar 6
62 3. Drag and drop image order in Manage Images Function: To ease the search function by retrieving products that have the keywords that is inserted in the search bar Steps:. 64 What is Grouping? Grouping can only be done for colors and designs. Size variations cannot be grouped as it falls under variation. 64
65 Types of Grouping Custom grouping This type of grouping displays the product image itself only. It only allows for products which are not having value of color family and storage capacity. For example, size, number of products (bundle items), capacity of product, patterns etc. 65
