1 HOW TO SUBMIT AN ENTRY BEFORE YOU BEGIN: In order to access the Awards Online Entry System you will need to have a profile set up on our website. A PromaxBDA membership is not required to create a profile. If you do not have a profile already established, simply go to and click login You may then choose to A. Create a profile (non-member) or B. You may choose to become a member and create a profile. GETTING STARTED To access our Awards Online Entry System, please go to our website: Log in to the system using your USER NAME and PASSWORD

2 Once logged in, please press the AWARDS tab in order to display the Awards page. From this page, select the competition you would like to enter.

3 Once you have reached the right page for the competition, select the ENTER NOW link in order to access your Entries Dashboard.

4 Your entries dashboard is also accessible by clicking your name, in the upper right corner of the page (once logged in). A simple menu will then appear, wherein you can click the text that reads Award Dashboard.

5 ENTRIES DASHBOARD 1. Your entries dashboard will allow you the opportunity to choose the competition you wish to submit to. 2. Once you have selected the competition of your choice you will be given the option to add an entry.

6 SUBMITTING YOUR ENTRIES ENTRY DETAILS 1. Choose your category 2. Enter the title of your Entry 3. Enter the credited company name 4. Enter your marketing objective *The marketing objective may not exceed 1,000 characters (including spaces) *Please note: Entries are reviewed and scored based on original entry information as entered by the entrant. Once an entry is generated and saved, entry details may NOT be revised except for the Credits portion. Once an invoice has been created for your entries, submissions may NOT be replaced or revised.

7 CATEGORY MEDIA REQUIREMENTS Depending on which category you select to submit to, the system will allow a specific quantity and specific media type(s) to be submitted. Single Entry categories will only allow you to submit 1 single media type. Campaign Entry categories allow you a minimum of 2 pieces of media, extending to in some cases 6. *Please refer to the category descriptions for detailed media specifications MEDIA TYPE SELECTION Video Upload When you choose to submit your work by video upload a button will appear, allowing you to upload a file. You will be able to browse for files on your computer.

8 Once the video is done, green text will appear reading: File has been uploaded. Please note you must receive this green confirmation text before proceeding to any other step/web page. You must also fill in the Submission Name portion. The title entered here is simply for personal identification purposes (judges will not see this information), and is mandatory to proceed to the next steps. Video On Tape If you choose to submit your video on tape you will need to submit the time codes for your tape. You must enter a Tape Name which can, thereafter, be selected for any other entries you may submit by way of Video on Tape. Again, please make sure to select this tape from the drop-down menu time you submit a new entry with video material on the same tape. PDF Upload When you choose to submit your work by PDF upload you will click the Select button in order to browse your computer for the correct image. Just as in the case of the video upload, you must fill in the Submission Name for each uploaded PDF.

9 Website When you choose to submit your work by Website you will stay on the same page of your entry submission and provide the website URL (must include and any login information needed to view the site. All Other Media (premium, print, collateral, digital media) If you choose to submit your work by physical material (premium, print, collateral, digital media) you will not need to add further information regarding your entry. Simply select the Media Type and fill in the Submission Name. As the Actions section dictates, you will need to print labels for physical items which are only accessible after an invoice has been generated for your entries. The option to print labels will appear on your Entries Dashboard. CREDITS After you have submitted your entry information and media type information, you will find the Credits section on the bottom of the page. Here, you should list any individuals or companies that you wish to recognize on your entry. You must submit at least one credit in order to complete your entry. Credits can be accessed after you complete your entry as well. Credits will be saved after you click the box containing a check mark and can, conversely, be deleted by clicking the box containing an X. PLEASE BE AWARE: should your entry win or be a finalist in our competitions, it is possible that your credits will be published. It is important that your credits are correct and complete by the end of the competition so that no errors occur in your published credits. Once you have submitted at least one credit, select the NEXT button.

10 REVIEW ENTRY After all information and material is entered, please review all the details of your entry. As stated, you will not be able to edit most material once the entry is saved (only credits will be revisable after an entry has been saved). If you are satisfied and would like to begin another entry, click Save Changes & Return to Dashboard. If you would like to cancel the entry entirely, click Cancel & Return to Dashboard. If you do not plan on entering any other entries and would like to proceed to payment directly, click Save & Pay now. *Please note if you are planning on submitting multiple entries, it is highly recommended that all entries are submitted on a single invoice.
