2 Search Finding videos, animations and handouts in streamed Video On-Demand is easy. Choose from multiple options on the left hand side of the interface. Results appear on the right hand side of the interface. To search by keyword: 1. Type a search term in the box. 2. Click the arrow button. To search by alphabet: Click on the letter matching the first letter of your topic. To search by body part: 1. Select Male or Female. 2. Roll over image to see various categories. 3. Click on the body part to bring up results. To search by specialty: 1. Select Provider or Patient for professional or laymen s terms. 2. Click on a specialty area.

3 Videos and Animations You can access hundreds of videos and animations within the streamed system. Topics with videos and animations available will include one or both of these symbols by the title: Video Animation To view videos and animations: 1. Select the title you want to view from the list on the right hand side of the interface. 2. Click Watch Video or View Animation to launch the player. 3. Use the controls at the bottom to play, pause, activate closed captioning, share video and adjust volume.

4 Drawing Tool You can write or draw on a video frame with the drawing tool. Use this feature to provide more in-depth information and instruction to a patient during consultations. To draw on a video or animation: 1. Click Pause to stop on the frame you want. 2. Click this icon to open the drawing toolbar: 3. Select the drawing tool you want to use. 4. Click and drag over the area you want to draw on. 5. Click the play button to resume the video or animation.

5 Information Prescriptions Extend your reach into the home by prescribing videos patients can access from their personal computer or mobile device. You can write prescriptions by hand or print them directly from streamed. To print an Information Prescription : 1. Select the video you want to prescribe from the list on the right hand side of the interface. 2. Click Information Prescription. 3. Click Print at the bottom of the window. 4. Select a font style and size. 5. Type personalized notes or instructions in the Message box. 6. Click Print.

6 Video-related Handouts streamed includes hundreds of peer-reviewed patient education handouts that you can view on screen or print on demand to meet patient needs. Each also includes the patient site URL and prescription code for access at-home or on a mobile device. To view and print handouts: 1. Select the title you want to view from the list on the right hand side of the interface. 2. Click Read & Print Handout. 3. Use the controls at the top to adjust the viewing size, move between pages and search for specific terms within the handout. 4. Click Print at the bottom of the window. 5. Select a font style and size. 6. Type personalized notes or instructions in the Message box. 7. Click Print.

7 Websites streamed includes a list of specialty websites to help ensure patients are accessing information online. Each site listing includes a summary and review date. 1. Click on a website category. 2. Select a specific website to view a summary. 3. Click Launch to open the site in a new window.

8 Playlist With this feature, a user can select up to 3 videos to be played in sequence during a single session. To create a playlist: 1. Click the Playlist icon. 2. When the window opens, select up to three titles. 3. Click on View Playlist to view or Clear to remove the titles.

9 Languages The interface can be viewed in several different languages. The current language is indicated at the bottom of the interface. To change a language: 1. Click on Language at the bottom of the interface. 2. Click a language on the menu that appears. Arabic applies to titles only. The interface will appear in English.

10 Documentation You can document information that is printed and viewed during a patient encounter within streamed. To document an encounter: 1. Click Record in the bottom navigation bar. 2. Choose Start Recording on the screen. 3. View or print content as normal. 4. Click Record in the bottom navigation bar. 5. Select Stop Recording on the screen. To manage the documented information, choose from the following options: Click Clear to remove the history of the encounter Click Copy to transfer the information to a spreadsheet Click Print to create a hardcopy XXXXX QS28010_06/11
